WELCOME CENTRAL :  
SA, BI, HO, XAN 
 The Buddha  advises  sentient beings  to  cultivate the  "Four Immeasurable Minds   ," which means "four great minds that can not be measured", namely, the "mind, compassion, joy, equanimity." The Buddha taught  to expand these  four centers, not  limited to all  sentient beings  in all four directions. These are the  qualities that  help  people  become  good ,  perfect , the  way of life  of the saint. If each person  tries topractice the  "four  immeasurables  ",  regardless of religion or race ,   v. 
 Buddhism  is often called the  religion of  compassion, religion  sufferings . Where there is  Buddhism , there is  love . Motto  practice  of  Buddhism  is love, compassion, joy, discharge. People  Buddhist  taken, compassion, sympathetic joy, discharged as a foundation for the development of  the holy virtues ; heart from  balls are considered  Buddha mind . During the process  of evangelization ,  Buddhism never  caused a war or bloodshed,  a message of  love  and suffering , Helped life was declared by the Buddha  right from  the early establishment of the congregation . These four great minds are not mentioned above if the Buddha and the  Bodhisattvas of the  time are called "Great,  Great Pleasures ,  Great Pleasures , Great  Plans". Mind "Word" is the ability to give joy to  others , to others. Mind "Bi" is the ability to relieve the suffering is present. Center "Joy" is fun, comfortable  serenity  by  compassion  bring. Mind "Discharge" is  relaxed  gentle,  liberal , non-discriminatory.    

 
HEART
 "Word" is good for good,  love , often for all  sentient beings . "Mind the word" is what makes the heart mellow, is hearts  desire  for all  sentient beings  are  peaceful  funHeart from  the heart  desires  sincerity  of the person you want to beat your friends happily  happy . Contrast with the  heart  is the heart of "anger." 
 Kindness  is not  loving  fond of flesh, about  sex , nor is the heart  affectionate selfishness , lap  attachment  to someone. The word mind  does not  distinguish between  a primitive person, not reserved for comradeship, not reserved for  homosexuality , nor for  fellow countrymen  or  fellowmen . Further  attention from  not only should be between people but should cover all  beings , because, species of  animals  also need the help and  love .
 Says  short ,  attention from  the vast ,  wide , spread out  evenly  to yourself as well as for those close to, though not  known , though there is  an aversion  to him. The person who  performs  from the heart  to the ultimate level will find himself  identified with all  sentient beings , no difference between himself and others. The so-called "ta" is gone. All the divisions disappear like mist in the morning sun. Things  become one,  homogenous , homogeneous.
 When the  heart  appears  ,  the anger ,  malice ,  animosity  can not arise. The Buddha  taught that only the  mind  can  extinguish the  heart. Not only  extinguished by anger,  kindness also kill the germ  of thought  immoral . Looking  attitude  of  mankind  to  hatred ,  Buddha  made  a comment  that  love  will  conquer  the hearts  of hatred .

MIND B  I
 "Bi" is  mercy to  save suffering , to end  suffering  for all  sentient beings . Bi is  the force that  causes the heart to  vibrate  against the  suffering  of others. The characteristic  of "compassion" is  the desire to  help others  escape  suffering.
 Compassion  is the medicine can  eliminate  disease violent. The heart of the compassionate  heart  is soft. Sometimes when  people have  compassion  not  hesitate to  sacrifice  to  life . It is  because of  compassion  that  human beings  can be  completely  altruistic  while  serving  others, helping without ever seeking  reverence and gratitude.

TAM HY
 "Hy" is the joy, joy and happiness for the good. Or want to say enough is  happy : happy along, fun with others. Reflection of joy is "sorrow." Hy is not a  state of  delight , nor is  it a  personal affection for a person. Hy is pleased and  delighted  with the others when they are  happy  or they are  successful , especially when the  success he walks towards the good, towards  the purpose of liberation .
 "Jealousy" is  the  direct enemy of joy. Many people find it  frustrating  to see someone else  succeed  or be happy to see someone else fail. The heart of  joy to  dissipate  that jealousy. 
 The person who is  happy  will benefit directly  from the benefits  that he brings to himself more than others. If  compare  with  kindness  and  compassion ,  sympathetic joy  is even harder to  implement . Want  sympathetic joy , there must be  strong-willed  and  very  trying . To create a joyful,  happy  life  living  individual  as well as collective and life emerged  pure , noble, the  Buddhists  should  practice sympathetic joy .
 One of the  novices , the son of the doorman,  speaks ill  of  the generosity  of all the  goodwillers  to the temple, from  his benefactor,  like his  aunt,  to the  king of Persia , except for those who are related to  him  . Referring to  her children  her uncle said, "Oh! Home of  relatives  I  provide  fully for the  recluses  quartet methods! TAM XAM
 "Discharge" is pleased  to let go of  the  things  of his to all  beings  not  distinguish who plaintive relatives. Equanimity is  giving , leaving,  not accepting , not keeping in the heart. Discharge is seen  properly ,  identify  the true ,  inference  impartial , that is not hate nor  attachment ; not  fancy  nor  dissatisfied . The opposite of "equanimity" is "persistent".
 Noble people keeps  the mind average  calm before contempt,  defamation , curses. In the midst   of the world 's  ups and downs  ,  the Buddha  taught us to be calm, to practice the mind of equanimity,  firmly  like a rock in  the  midst of the sky, firmly like an elephant, like a tiger. Such as wind to pass without being entangled nets in the net, but live in the marketplaces who are not  craving  the  pleasures of vanity  and  impermanence  of  life . Like  the lotus  from the mud,  
 The  direct enemy of discharge is "attachment" and  the  indirect enemy  of equanimity is "indifferent." Equanimity  shun  hearts  craving  and  state  discontentAttitude  indifferent ,  unmoved ,  peace  is  characteristic  importance of equanimity. The person who has equanimity is not  interested  in  pleasure  nor  resentment  in  affliction . The person of equanimity  offers equal  treatment between  sinners  and  sages . Buddha  always praised,  
 There are four things. If you give people things,  the wealth of  time called "discharge". If you take  the teachings ,  doctrines  for the time called "discharge method". If the moral not  afraid  for the time called "unruly discharge". Self-discharge all the negativity of the  so  -called "defilements".
 A  bhikkhu  has the  bad habits  or moaning   of other people's faults to disparage them. The Buddha said,  "If anyone is clear about the  faults  of others and teaches them how  to fix  them, it is not a bad  thing to blame  . Conversely  , if there are those who always  criticize  spot  mistakes  of others with the  intention of  malicious  to  say bad  times such people never  achieve  enlightenment  , only the  pollution  growth  in them alone ":

If we see human error  
Our mind anger  instantaneous  prone  
Increasing  negativity  fast,  
It leaves  peace , hang around  late grief ,  
Error people not  to mind  long

 Some novice monks   do not know how to churn a  respectable Arahant  because  ofhis small body dwarf short. When told you  holy  character  gentle , never angry,  face always calm, without  agitation ,  the Buddha  taught that you  Arhat  kept himself always calm before the words  praising  or blaming :

Wind does lay high mountains

 Hy and ripe are  good fortune , have a  close relationship , do the fruit to each other. To be happy as a human, ie to be happy with people, to make people happy,   we must first do not accept, to let go of the  contrary , the  humiliation  disadvantages that others have done for us.
