 HUMAN RESOURCES  AND  INDUSTRY
STAFF, DYNAMICS AND FRUITS
 Dhammapada  speaks of the "Law of Cause and Effect". "Human" means  the cause, the particle, the  seed that  produces a  visible object  or  the power  to produce an invisible object. Fruit is the result, the fruit, the  tangible  or invisible result of a seed that has been planted. Multiplying is  the capacity  to mobilize, which is the formation of  that capacity  . Cause and effect are the two  states  followed  the same that. If there is  no nucleus then there is no result,  if there is  no result then there is no nucleus.  This obvious law  everyone  is  aware of . Law of causality continuity stretching  endlessly , like the rolling waves on the  ocean . The  characteristics  of the "Law of Cause and Effect" are as follows:  1.  How  does it work: In the  visible ,  physical  or in the invisible world,  the spirit is the same. If you want to have oranges, we must grow   orange seeds ; If you want to have beans, we must sow bean seeds. Until the earth  bridge also belongs  causality , as the scientists say the  dust swirling long agglomerated  achievement globe, So many dust particles  are the earth, the fruit, etc. ..  Good job sowing  all later will get good results, such as studying the good time and be successful. Sowing  jobs  bad will get bad results, as lazy and will ignorance,  theft  will be imprisoned etc ... 

 
 2. A  person  can  not  produce the fruits of his own : The things in   this universe are the combination of many  karmic conditions . No nucleus can self  -  produce results  without the help of many other nuclei. These helpers are called "grace". Eg  grain needs the help of the "charm" as soil, warmth, light  sun , air, water, fertilizer, labor, etc ... new born rice plants. So "grace" means  the power , the convenient  opportunity  to "multiplication" flourished,  flourishing . 
 Human always have to have two  personalities  causes and conditions, because it is human to its students and  at the same time  is also the grace to help others generate different results. Eg  as light  sun  is  human  to the heat, but  at the same time  is also predestined to help the seeds grow, the flowers have colors, the human eye sees etc .. scenery

 Such  causation ,  fruit of  the sexes  tangible  and intangible, in both flesh and  spirit are "predestined"  together  and "students" each other, nothing more is only one world, one block  only  that blow. 
 5. The development from the kernel to the fruit is fast when slow: When the kernel has just  started  , the result has  appeared , as when just hit the drum, the drum emitted. Sometimes there is a waiting  time  short or long newly formed fruit, such as sowing  seeds  until  the harvest, the date went to school  until  the day into account.

7. As mentioned above,  while  progress  from human to work, sometimes faster when slow. There is a  benevolence from  this life, to the next life to   form  fruit,  etc. .. RETRIBUTION 
 "Kamma" is the act of art, created by the three places "Body, Champ, Italy". The Buddha  instructs  us to be  aware of  the importance of karma as our "actions" to do, since only action is important, which is essential.

 Speaking is not enough,  words  have  to follow  with   new jobs expect results. People say good things that do not do good does not  benefit  anyone, like a beautiful flower without fragrance:

Hundred things floral brocade, hundred sentences  auspicious

On domain  hell  suffering shadows  constantly ,

latter will be born to  heaven ,

New worlds to be  disengaged  Nirvana .
 The evil-doer will experience many  sorrows  in this life and in the  next life . He will bear  sorrow  and  grief  when he sees the bad results of   his evil deeds . A butcher,  lifelong  living by killing a pig, is  suffering  in his last days   . Before you  leave the ceiling  he had rolled on the floor,  cry  groans  extremely  pathetic, like a pig being made flesh. Until death, he  reborn  in  misery . The Buddha  taught:

Grief even in this life

 According to  the law of cause and effect , what they do (body), I say (export), or I thought (mind) will create  impact  good or bad for yourself. Sow what fruit to reap. Therefore,  the  only way  is to avoid evil. Evil, even small things, should not be  ignored .

people see  the life  of suffering.

When the good kamma comes and  
people find  life  happy.
 When we have  distinguished  good and evil, when we have  resolutely  avoided doing evil,  we  have to take another step. Avoid evil is not enough,  need to  do good,  need to  take good action, even the smallest thing. Who place  the reason perfected  thanks to collect and  practice  good each time a little.
 A gardener must supply  fresh flowers  to the king every day  . One day on his way to go to bring flowers to the king while he suddenly he meets  the Buddha  are the  monks  went  begging . He saw that solemn scene   should  be  dedicated to  the Buddha to  the flowers that he intended to bring to the king. You do that can endanger  your  life. Contrary to  all  expectations , the king was  delighted to  know that pure action   and  reward  him well. By chance,  the Buddha  preached on the fruits of good deeds:

Employment  is very good, very healthy  
if done away feeling  disengaged 
Such  repentance , the joy  
Mutual  future results  reported fresh pretty  good .

through this life to  the next life

 When he has made good, he has created good karmic virtues, one has the right to utter the joy  of happiness  when he sees the good results of his good deeds. A person who has  a  fervent spirituality and a  virtuous life  . He  often alms , back or stops  food  and  donations  of  items needed  for the  monks . All of his children are fathers,  guardians of morals,  and care  givers . When dying in bed, his  delight in seeing the  scene state of happiness  . After finally venting his last breath  happily, he is  reborn  into the scene. The Buddha  taught those who do good, to do good will be happy in this life and  after life , throughout two lives are happy:

Glad  right in this life  
next life  , too, was filled with joy:  
And he did what in life  
Seeing  true happiness  everywhere with you  
Go look  good deeds  constitute  
Chang happy abundance,  peace  exuberant .
 Who do good, it is blessed  happy  life  and  afterlife . Both generations are  happy to have created the blessings, and even  happier  when the  next birth  was born. Tells the story of the death of his youngest daughter  Anathapindika , the  great benefactors  of  the Buddha . At the time of  death , the youngest daughter called her "sister" and died  peacefully . His father heard his son sorry, inherent  attention directed  enthusiasm, saying the words  delirium  has no  meaning  in the moment:  weight like  that.

 Evil is that which is derived from the three  akusala  are greed, anger, and delusion. Things to do  in combination  with three moral roots are truly  generous  and interested  alms  (not participating),  goodwill  or  kindness  (not golf) and  intellectual (not Si) is considered to be good, is creating good karma . The  following Dhammapa speaks more clearly of  that path  , with a few  details :

pursued the bandits, caught them, burned alive. The position  monks  mourn, New to ask the Buddha  why a   high morality as thick as  Moggallana  died like that. Buddha New said that: "In a  past life  the parents  Moggallana  were blind, living children to rely on. He  worshiped  his parents  very  filial . By the time of his wife, he  hears the words  of his wife's escort led  his parents  into the forest to beat death and staged scenes as robbers killed. Because of this  crime  ,  Moggallana  has been in  hell  for many generations. 
 Buddhism  teaches one's  responsibility for one  's self, and the  nature  of  having to, inevitably, of  the law of  cause and effect . We must reap  the consequences  of karma created. But not  necessarily  required to reap all  the consequences  of all actions  within  samsara . If that is so can not be  liberated , can not escape the  ring of life and death . 
 If before we live though  let loose ,  spontaneous , but later we know  awareness diligence , know sweep  clean  will the  delusion  negativity  in the mind and still be  praised . Master  monks  it from morning to afternoon just worry sweeping the temple. Later,  practice  under the  advice  of an  Arahat , he just swept  clean in  the morning, then  hit the road  to go  begging ,  back  life son is drawn into the finished  net loss assiduous  meditation  samadhi . Then he attained  Arhat . When referring to the change of  attitude of  the teacher,  the Buddha said  :
Dhammapada  172)  
Those who lived before  let loose 
Then no  distractions , one lap  crash 
like the moon  escape  haze  
enlightened  secular , beautiful golden city. 

Progress  further  more if we  try to  cr
eate a good hard time now sometimes we can stop being bad now bear fruit. Bad karma brought  people  to  an unhappy , but  unhappy  is not  hell  everlasting  which  beings  forced to stay in there  forever . Time to pay off bad karma,

Clear translucent  bad karma  his Oldtimer  
like the moon  escape  haze  
enlightened  secular , beautiful golden city.
