7- Buddhist discipline:

3 major sects in Buddhism

1.  Zen : Now Zen has two main lines of the  Tathagata Meditation of Theravada and  Patriarch Zen of Mahayana. The Zen of meditation is called jhana (Dhyana), which can be called Zen; Chinese translation is Still-la, meaning quiet thinking. Zen has two main parts  : Samatha and  Vipassana . If you go into the details Practice, 6 part book, Options, only, shop, Complete, Pure, called  Luc France Mon Dieu .

B) -  The Patriarch of Mahayana Buddhism began with Sutra Bodhidharma in China. He advocates:
"The extra-ego transmission,
"No script,
"Personally,
The nature of the Buddha.

37 basic practices

(Bodhipakkhika dhamma)
4 subjects of meditation (Four Foundations of Mindfulness):
1 -  Impure body : Involve 32 components of the body, 9 stages of the body's decay, to see the body full of dirty, smelly, not worth dignify. This disciple aims to exclude craving, except self is self, except self.
2.  Life is suffering : reflection to see that everyone feels happy, suffering, or not happy nor unhappy, eventually all do arise afflictions and suffering no more or less. This disciple is intended to exclude greed, lust, and hatred.
3.  Mind impermanence : reflection to see that the human mind are constantly changing, happy and unhappy, when peace when angry, nothing is usually at. This disciple aims to eliminate the mind of self, is permanent.
4.  France selflessness : reflection to see that all things are impermanent, always change according to the cycle of office not damaged, no element is often called the fall in order to hold it. This dharma is to develop wisdom and to abstain from desire.
4 things must be diligent practice (Four Prudent):
1- The ability to appear unborn baby.
2- The power to grow strong healing was born.
3- Ability to eliminate the evil law was born.
4- To stop the evil law is not born.
4 things to do in full, to the place of the ( place of the four):
1.  Education as the sufficiency : To do good, but evil, please do so by halves.
2-  Mindfulness as Mindfulness : Remember the Proper Dharma properly and fully.
3-  Effortless effort : diligently practicing to the place.
4-  Thinking as thought: Thinking about what to think to place.
5 healthy to nourish (five centers ):
1.  Trust : Trust the Three Jewels and the Dharma.
2-  Tons : Practicing diligent practice selected.
3.  Mindfulness Apartments : Always remember thinking Dharma and Jewels.
4-  Determination : practice meditation quiet to mind not disturb.
5-  Tue base : Practice insight meditation to know Chon Tam, Chon Ly.
5 strength in practice (Powers):
When properly nourished, 5 good health will become the 5 strength in the practice.
1-  Encouragement : The power of faith after understanding.
2-  Force : The power of the will to be diligent.
3-  Mindfulness : The power of the righteous mind.
4.  The power : the power of the mind in meditation.
5-  Power : The power of wisdom-elegant.
7 stages of spiritual practice (Enlightenment):
1-  Mindfulness : Learning catechism to memorize the Dharma and the teachings related to long distance, lust, cessation, towards renunciation.
2-  Trace law : choose wisely choose the method of cultivation with his ability. Know the law relating to long-distance, separation of greed, destruction, direction to give up is supposed to do. Know the law of birth, greed, drowsiness, disloyal, skeptical is to eliminate.
3.  Effort : Diligent practice has chosen disciplines.
4-  Hy : Start mind happy to see the practice has good results.
5-  Comfortable : happy mind, gentle, calm.
6-  Defining : meditation, mind not scattered.
7.  Drain : remote, purify one's mind, tranquility, equality and non-attachment.
The eight paths (Eightfold Path, or Noble Eightfold Path):
1-  Right Understanding : Right awareness to  know the universe is impermanent and not self , know life is full of suffering, ignorance and craving is the cause of suffering, breaking ignorance except craving is obtained A happy life, knowing good deeds should be done and evil deeds should be avoided, knowing that dharma is the method of destroying ignorance except craving for pure calm.
2.  Right Thought : Thinking rightly to  understand the Four Noble Truths and 12 of Dependent Origination . Seek to eliminate suffering for themselves and for everyone, to bring true happiness for themselves and for everyone.
3-  Right Speech : To say gentle, true, true Dharma, to bring happiness to everyone.
4-  Right Action: Right action French Right, benefit people; To keep the three karmic speech purity.
5.  Right Livelihood : Practicing right living Dharma, benefit yourself; Avoid killing, drug trafficking or weapons, picking up people.
6.  Right effort : Diligent practice according to the Dhamma, do good and avoid evil.
7.  Mindfulness : Mind penetration Dharma, always remember the good thing to do, remember the evil avoided.
8-  Right Concentration : An abode in the Dharma, diligent practice meditation, avoid chaos, disorder.
Tu 8 Chao led to four holy fruit as follows:
Tu-momentum-completion (Sotapatti): Success Right and Right Thought-only. Excluded three fetters are the body, the banned and the skeptics.
Tu-momentum (Sakadàgàmi): Achieve Right Speech and Right Livelihood. Except for the three fetters of the body, the bodied, skeptical and have reduced the greed, anger and delusion.
A-na-jaw (Anagami): Success Right Livelihood and Right effort. Subtracted from the lower half of the fetter is greed, yard, body, banned, skeptical.
Arhat (Arahatta): Achieving Mindfulness and Right Concentration. Except for the five upper fetters of fetish is love, no color, deception, conceit, ignorance. Is completely free from birth and death.

6 of the Bodhisattva

(Six or Six Baha)
1.  Giving : The Bodhisattva did know all things are impermanent and selfless generosity should voluntarily practice ultimately until you no longer see anything that he or her anymore. Giving is not Acceptable.
2  - The precepts : The Bodhisatta vows to practice the three precepts Mahayana is to eliminate all the evil, practice all good things, all beings. The precept is to keep the body, speech, net bar.
3-  Patience : The Bodhisatta vows to practice the center of equality, the cessation of condemnation and hatred, the heart of patience tamarisk. Patience is not stop.
4.  Efforts : Bodhisattva vows throughout the life diligently practice the five methods of alms, morality, patience, meditation and wisdom. Effort is Not Acceptable.
5. Meditation : The Bodhisattva vows rid of all negativity and delusion, religious staff ultimately base, until the mind is completely pure. Meditation is the mind of non-discrimination.
6.  Intelligence : The Bodhisattva vow to practice vipassana until ultimately achieve Supreme Awakened. Wisdom is knowing all that No Truth.
The following leads to the following results:
Thich Tin : Adultery in the hands of generosity.
Shrutsu : Immaculate Conception.
Thap Hanh : Humble humiliation Patience.
Cross- direction: Immersed in diligence.
Four Quarters: Aloha Practicing Meditation.
The Cross : The Light of Wisdom.

4 of the Great Bodhisattva

(4 immeasurable mind)
1-  Words (mettà, maitrya) : Ready to give joy to all beings.
2-  Bi (karunà) : Ready to save suffering for all beings.
3-  Hy (mudità) : Happy to see suffering beings are happy.
4.  (Upekkhà) : The mind is always peaceful, calm, equal, indistinguishable, not obstinate.
Compassion is the vast, boundless heart of a saint who has attained non-self, and is sympathetic to all the sorrows of sentient beings. The mind is always peaceful, pure, equal, depending on the grace of beings without any human beings and beings.
Compassionate Harmonious is Chon Tam often, lost, fall, net.
Compassion is the Nibbana peace, the pure of all species.
