14th-19th in Griddhakùta (-571)
The nineteenth-century retreat of the Buddha resides in Griddhakùta (or Gijjhakùta, the Mountain Spirit). Griddhakùta is a small mountain south of Mount Chhatha. At the top of the mountain there is a large flat stone of 45 m2 where the Buddha resides and sermon. King Bimbisàra built a stone road from the foot of the mountain up to where the Buddha resided. While the Tathagata gave the lotus flower, only Mahà Kassapa understood the Tathagata. Because the mind has been purified, the new "unconscious object", thus penetrate the "Buddha knowledge". Mahà Kassapa is a person who is capable of maintaining and extending the Proper Dharma.
All the masses heard here are happy and say that Mahà Kassapa is the Buddha who was sent by the Buddha. Zen is derived from here.
Jìvaka's medical assistant [3]
Jìvaka Komárabhacca was the daughter of the beautiful slavic name Sàlavàti in Rājagaha, where he was selected by the mayor and trained in the form of the female Ambapàli in Vesálì on the orders of Senia Bimbisāra. After a period of female profession, Sàlavàti was pregnant and gave birth to a son. She sent the maid to put the baby in a basket and bring it to a nearby rubbish dump at night. Prince Abhaya, on the way to the King, heard the baby cry and sent his servant to deliver the baby to the nursing home and named the baby Jìvaka Komárabhacca. Blessed yoga (sanghati, robe) [5]
