TA-BA CHAMBER .

As a wise man, in the long night of  solitude , go to  sit cross-legged  thoughts :

- Our body today is  so fragile  as water bubbling,  recite the  birth  not kill . To live in the fire house is not  safe , why do not keep  up  with careful observation; no experience , no fear, the heart does not  iota  of fear? ".

Re  thinking :

- The body is of me today are in  position  yet? What are the three karmic,  speech and mind works? Suddenly,  impermanent  suddenly come into the realm of birth and I will do?At that time, the  negative karma  from infinite to today contested each other lead us to life.In a moment I will  become  beings  in  hell , which is how many  times  peace  that sleeping on the bed.

Immeasurable  boundless  Buddhas and Bodhisattvas  past  has  appeared  in  the world , the drain  countless  beings . At that time  I come-go where did not see the Buddha and his teacher? It is from impromptu to today, we do not  respect the  Three Jewels , not close to good people, not listen to the words of  good knowledge ; Always stay in the  three evil lines, without meeting the Buddhas. Pure  in  ten  directions, not disturbed; why we were not born in, which must be in place forever in defilements so much  suffering  this?

Our body today is difficult, but easy to lose. Beijing  Nirvana  recorded: "My people are like land hard on nails, relatives of  three evil paths  are easy to get, much like modern land on earth". From time without beginning until today I have  gone through  countless lifetimes  life itself. In each such a lifetime, the life  expectancy of the  body. In each such body, it produces as much  dust . In each  evil kamma,  there is  an  infinite amount of  evil . In every  evil  so bear  immeasurable suffering. Then it is impossible to count the suffering.Such sufferings, because we are  foolish  no mind , Not listening to the words  of  good teaching knowledge . Past  have relatives life  hell ,  now  we're dear life  hell  and future life I will also relatives  hell , never ceased. Today, my body is here, from birth  to  now always because of seeking  food , clothing. If you are  the world  , then you are raising your wife and children . If the  family  is always looking  for fame , find benefits, often create negative karma . These  evil deeds  , if they feel alarm light  fall lost  500 lives, 

 If today  we  do not  play mind  Bodhi  ashamed  of penance , once falling into the evil ways  forever  with no days off. In a very short space of time, we will fall into the fiery furnace, the  cauldron of  boiling oil , the  mountain of mountains , the  forest of  hundreds of lifetimes, thousands of lifetimes of all serious and  permanent suffering . In the past  we have suffered the suffering of  body and mind ,  our future  will  also suffer as such, no  limit, difficult to leave, difficult to leave without knowing it. Mortal  like it is mercy! Who  knows failure thus Should start  to fear. Where there is  equanimity ,  deliberately  let loose  body and mind  without self review said! ".

I should  think again :

- Our body today blessed thin,  the base  was slow flood, born in the days  of Buddha  and before   Sakyamuni Buddha . So, it is not because of  the past that  I was  proud ,  lung lung, not  respect the  Three Jewels , not  listen to the teachings of  good knowledge , always in the  three evil lines  and in the  eight mischievous ,  foolish  mind  ? Again, this body of today, on the  despised  Jewels , under the contempt of healthy people, not  heard  of  good knowledge . 

 Again, this body today, although want to  cultivate , can not be any  peace . Because, in the realm of Ta-she, human life is short,  evil knowledge  is very much, and life is more   to take care of food, not enough. King or  urgent , or others  despise , or defame others, or other people always  harassed  not be  peaceful , just started a little  kindness  then immediately fell back. Again, this is due to 36 animal body  impure  form,  nine holes  normally secretes substances that question, like toilets, are not worth nothing to  fancy . There is suffering again, Old suffering, suffering, pain of death, suffering from distant love  , suffering from revenge encounters, suffering of unsatisfactoriness , pain  of warmth  . Such suffering always pursues forever.

The knowledgeable person   should  self-  observe  his body : "This body is like an  oan , like pile of feces. For the house, mosquito net, initiates  the idea  as a grave, like human skin. For  food  and drink  , it seems like maggots, like dirt, like unclean water. For the  wife and children  belong  to the idea should start as La-kill, as  evil . If the mind can  think  so, it should be born  the idea  incredibly  boring  this body. Vow  eternal  life lives  permanently separated from , not the life of this body, not  sharing  with this body. Because this body is my injustice  , it always leads me into the three evil lines , which one does this body like? As the  Diocese  taught: "This body should  let go , it is a crime , only temporarily called body.This body is always  immersed  in the sea of ​​old birth disease. What place have to abandon this body that unhappy  love!
