Buddha Shakyamuni 

A- BUDDHA BODY FUND

In the scriptures, especially in the Sub-Ministry (Khuddaka nikayaa), Jàtaka alone has more than 550 stories about Buddha's predecessor. We only mention two lives [1] before the Buddha was born and succeeded.

1-Bodhisattva Sumedha (Thien Hue) [2]

In a life distant past, of life Dignified [3] (Vyuha kalpa), with Prince named Samantaprabhasa (Pho Quang) son Arcimat (Post Screening), permission father in the Himalayas to find spiritual teachers, Taken as Sumedha (Thien Hue). He studied with many great masters, noble, but not satisfied. One day, Sumedhà was fighting 500 pagans who were victorious and rewarded 500 gold coins. Sumedha is happy to say goodbye, bring money to find the Buddha Dppankara [4] (Nhien Dang) are residing in the capital of Divapati. In the middle of the road met a girl (princess Yasodharà's predecessor) was walking, holding the seven blue lotus flowers just beautiful, he asked. But the girl replied: "I bring flowers to Buddha, not the sale that he asked to buy." Sumedha (50000 gold coins) Begged to buy five lotus to worship the Buddha, but the girl still stood silent, did not answer. So, he said:

-  She offered two cotton okay too. I came here from far, looking forward to this precious lotus to worship Djikara Buddha and to learn his noble teachings. Please sympathize with me for five years; Then what do you want me to do too.

- Brother, girl blushed pink cheeks, stood looking down, shyly said. I do not know how to see him, then I love his brother. I want to give him not this lotus flower to his gift of enlightenment. But I must promise you that I will marry you to be your wife in this lifetime and forever after.

- Miss, Sumedha replied. She is very nice and very honest. Having met her I also fell in love with her right away. But I have freed the path of liberation. If married, then bound, how can I go to religious?

- You promised me to go. Then later, when he wanted to leave home, he pledged not to stop but to find a way to help him fulfill his wish.

Listening to the girl, Sumedha reluctantly accepted.

Then two people to where the Buddha Djippana (Rendering) is on. Massive crowd is surrounding the Buddha. There are both kings and servants who come to the Buddha. Sumedha and the girl tried to come close, but about twenty more, they could not move forward. Sumedha is very happy to see Djiboutara with his own eyes. Suddenly he felt the spirit of extraordinary pleasure. He vowed to try to study until he was completely enlightened as he was . He threw his five lotus flowers into the air to make offerings to the Buddha at that time. The lotus is bouncing in mid air turns into a majestic, majestic, floating dome, floating in space. The girlfriend gave him her lotus flowers, thanks to offerings. He again tossed into the airless Buddha. Two lotus present two large lotus stands on the two sides of the Buddha. To the amazement of the masses, Djiboutara Buddha delighted in explaining that such miracles were due to the purity and respect of the donors. Then the Buddha called Sumedha (Thien Hue) and the girl came and said:

- He is a good person, try diligently practice will achieve great results. She also has good luck with him, but she should respect the promise, should encourage, not discourage her from leaving the family.

From then Sumedha follow the Buddha Djippenara study, after the Bodhisattva life and the Buddhist monks. Sumedha strives diligently to practice virtuous Bodhisattva. One day, Djiboutian Buddha went from the Sudassana mansion to the city of Ramma, in the middle of the road to the mud, the Bodhisattva Sumedhà took off his shirt and spread it over the damp but did not know how to do it. The hair lined up for the Buddha to pass from his feet. Sumedha noticed Bodhisattva will practice holy virtues full 10 [5] should Buddha prophesies [6] to the effect that he will become a Buddha Sakyamuni (Thich-Ca Mau-Ni) in life Hien lives (Bhadra Kalpa).

2 Bodhisattva Vessantàra (Household) [7]

By the time Kassapa Kantapa [8] was born, in order to Bride Ninefruits, Bodhisattva Sumedha (Thien Hue) reborn as Crown Prince Vessantàra (Visvantàra, Ming), practicing almsgiving from childhood ; When he grew up to be king, he became a Kassapa Buddha and became a Bodhisattva Vessantara (also known as Svetaketu). By virtue of good deeds, when Vessantara was born, the Bodhisatta of the Tusita, the Bodhisatta of the Origin, the Divine Bodhisattva and the Discourse of the Divine. He spent four thousand years, using realities [9] to teach sentient beings. One day he looked down on the world to see that many sentient beings were only evil creatures, sunk in wrong view, do not know the cause of sin, suffer physical and mental suffering, die in three evil lines [ 10] . He develops a compassionate heart, converts the world to the teachings of sentient beings, brings the light of truth to save sentient beings from the birth of old sickness, the result of nirvana, peaceful peace. At that moment his whole body luminous exaggerated, great local minister eighteen, nor hiding, every planet moon sun rays, sun dragon concussion all eight sets [11] . He observed the following five things:

1- Observing the time, he saw the human lifespan of about 100 years [12] , very convenient; Because life is too long, people are unaware of how old they are, with too short a life span they do not have enough time to practice.

2- Looking at the continent, he chose Jambudipa (Proverbs, Indian Peninsula) because at that time language and philosophical thought were developed here.

3- Look at the nationality, he chose the Majjhimadesa (Central India, the Ganges valley); Because there are many sages and wise men appear.

4- Observing the race, he chose the line Skakya (Sàkiya) with King Suddhodana is the most psychic. According to the Lalitavistara, the family has 64 virtues.

5- Observing the qualified person as the mother of the future Buddha, he chose Queen Maha Maya; Knew that she only lived another 10 days seven days. According to the Lalitavistara, Mahāmāla has 32 virtues.
