Buddha Shakyamuni
34.

6 th in the 26th in Jetavana (-564)

What should I do when I know I'm going to die? [first]

One day, the Buddha is walking meditation to the gate of the Pubbaràma (East Viennese), where Pasenadi is far from the gate. Two people are standing chatting, there are seven Nigantha wanderers passing by. They are ascetic, naked, hairless and whiskers, long fingernails. In seeing them, King Pasenadi apologized to the Buddha, then walked over to welcome the monks. King Pasenadi bowed down very respectfully before the seven wandering men, saying:
- Gentlemen wise, stations are Pasenadi king of Kosala, prostrate you.
The King bowed and said three times, then left them and returned to the Buddha. Waiting for them to leave, the king asked:
- Buddha, according to Bhagavan then in seven wanderer does it taste attained Arhat yet? Or is there any taste of the fruit?
- Sir, the Buddha replied, he lived a royal life, closer to the political world with the monks, so it is difficult for him to know who is the spiritual and liberated. Only when we live with them long time, there is time to comment them in every gesture, action, speech, we just know whether they have evidence or not. For people who are used to living with monks, it is easier to make remarks. But the truth is that evolving is the personal business of each person. Everyone should try their best to learn the Noble Dhamma and bring it to practice in their daily lives. Nowhere is the evidence itself known, where need to be recognized . It is important that when you are a little less do not rush to self-sufficient, is more than people, because that will get lost in the path. Always be diligent, self-conscious,
- Lord, I am now 60 years old. I think I have to spend more time in study, meditation, meditation and walking meditation. But the tide work is too busy. After lunch and dinner, I feel tired and sleepy. Therefore, the practice has not been improved. Blessed is there any method or just for me?
- Sir, the dynasty should be reduced to the mandarins who look after the political interests of the great benefit of the king and court officials outlined. For meals, the king should focus on nutritional quality and reduce the amount of food. Because eating more makes the body tired and sleepy. [2]
The great king is now 60. The great king thinks if there is now a loyal guard of the king of the east returns to report to the king is a great mountain is progressing. From the east, and on the way to the mountains crushed all the obstacles, there is nothing to stop it. The great king is worried, there is another person reported to have a mountain. Then another great reporter reported that there was a great mountain coming from the south, and a great mountain coming from the north. How to avoid these four mountains of harshness What will the king do in that situation? [3]
King Pasenadi ponders for a moment and then looks at the Buddha, replying:
- Buddha, his station in case they think only one thing worth doing only. That is to  live the rest of the days worthy, so calm, in accordance with the Dharma .
- Awesome! Lord. Four harsh mountains are four mountains: Birth, Old, Disease, Death. They come slowly, every second, every minute, with certainty. Nothing stops them. No one in this world can escape. Only the pure enlightened Dharma can help us beyond these four mountains when we have full of vigor, concentration, wisdom and wisdom.
- Buddha, I already understand. In the face of mortal matter, nothing is more important and worth doing than diligent practice of enlightenment and liberation .
- That's right! Great king followed that practice.

Four blind elephants [4]

In this rainy season, Brahmins and other sects returned to Sàvatthi. Their lectures are held everywhere. Occasionally, people from the capital are also screened for conversations among representatives of different denominations. Different theories have the opportunity to be presented, compared and discussed.
In the Buddhist mendicant and lay disciple, there are also many people who listen to these conversations. Returning to the infirmary, they told the Buddha and his disciples what they had heard and seen. They say that most of the topics discussed are metaphysical. Any teacher who teaches the doctrine of the sect is right, the one who says otherwise is wrong. Debates usually start with a cheerful, gentle, yet painful and time-consuming speech. In the end, the listener does not know what the truth is.
The smiling Buddha told his disciples to hear the fable of the "four blind elephants" as follows:
- Formerly there was a sage king, when he heard the ministers argue with each other about the security method that could not come to a satisfactory conclusion, so called soldiers to bring out in the middle of a courtyard. Big elephant and four blind since birth. The king ordered the men to bring the four blind men to the elephants and talked about how the elephant would be heard.
"The first blind man touched the elephant's belly, and said loudly," Elephant, the elephant is like a baskets, but much bigger. "The second blind man touched the elephant's ear and said," Your Majesty, Like a large basin, it is like a big fan but very gentle. "The third blind man touched the elephant's tail, arguing," Your Majesty, the elephant is not like a big basin, it is not like a fan, it Like a broom or broomstick, but a smooth, curved, curved handle. "The fourth blind man touched the elephant's feet, touching the top of the elephant for a moment and then said firmly," Your Majesty, All three of us blindly say the wrong thing, I touched carefully, the elephant is not like a basket, neither fan, nor blunt or bush, according to me, the elephant is like a tree Round house but very rough,
You are all right, but only in part. So the bonuses are evenly distributed to all four. "Then the king turned to the deities, saying," You are all right, for each one is based on his experience and knowledge. Some people are economically speaking; Some people stand on social level; Some people stand on the level of law and security; Someone on the military level said. Instead of arguing, you should learn and draw on each other's experiences to jointly map out a good common good on many levels to bring to the people. "
"Mentariates and lay people, you should calmly listen to everything, and then use your wisdom to see what is true with the Dharma, which can lead to true happiness, enlightenment, and enlightenment. You have to learn more and apply it in your daily life, and you  must have a humble and generous mind. they knocked on the door to the house, they also refused to open the door to enter END=NAM MO AMITABHA BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH GIAC TAM.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN AMITABHA PURELAND=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.14/5/2017.
