The different schools of Buddhism
2,000 years ago, Buddhism was split into two main schools of Buddhism Highlands waterways and Mahayana Buddhism. For centuries, Theravada has influence and spread through countries such as Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Burma and Laos.
