Four Noble Truths

A. Overview of the Four Noble Truths

Noble Eightfold path is the path that the practice of meditation. Bhagavan has affirm the path to liberation not by acts of suffering, but thanks to the joy and optimism:

* Noble Truths (dukkha):
According to Bhagavan teaching, life, and the birth and death, just suffering.

The great poet in our country often have similar feelings, Nguyen Du has coal instruments:

"One hundred years in the realm of men, and
clever word resources are destined to hate each other letters.
After a tumultuous,
Sightings that painful heart." (Kim Van Kieu, verse 1-4).

Who have seen impermanent life is suffering, but the clinging to craving and ego, the more it should be as painful lament, lament it even more painful to hear. Poetry still leave lament her suffering.

Old age is suffering:  "The old-aged, the decay, tooth loss status, silver hair, wrinkled skin, shortened life expectancy, unrest units. So-called old age." (To distinguish the Heart Sutra, Central III, p. 471).

Who would not want to be young forever? Children are more eager to see suffering as being old. Aging is a horrific event! It as dusk arrived, buffeted as many dream of life. 
If the child is beautiful, full of sap, pleasant, so are the opposite to this much older, with meager back, cheeks sunken, wrinkled skin, blurred vision, deaf ears .. 
then stole Health Aging, stealing things the happiness of food, clothing, sleeping ... It's like gone wild on the road of life of thousands of miles. In the presence of much older pain, fatigue; there, death is approaching, something that everyone fears. 
Disease is suffering:  Almost everyone has a chance to taste the bitterness of the disease, but the profound suffering of the disease is rare.

Death is suffering:  Everyone must die sooner or later. The sense of suffering of the death, it seems somewhat vague, because when they feel they have not died, but the death is no longer felt. 
However, one thing that we can recognize that when loved ones die, the emotional scene, tragedy, mourning, pain evident. More suffering for the people living. Who knew he was dying, but dying is also full of psychological oscillations similar tragic. Here we see clearly, death is not suffering much, but haunted by the death caused much more suffering. 
The more you want to live, the more eager to live the fear of death. The more afraid of death, then life as psychology and can fluctuate more unwholesome interest arises, otherwise known practice of liberation. 
Some people do not know what will happen to her after the death that crashed worry; Some believe that they are all gone dead heedless born, live rush deplete the peace and serenity of life. Death, therefore, became the nightmare of life. 
Death may come at any time for any reason, so that haunt its magic even greater, lasting throughout life.This is the suffering of death. 
Sorrow, lamentation, pain, grief and suffering brain is.  Our itself clearly is suffering. Due to an accident, due to feelings that students suffering grief, so grief is suffering. Due to an accident, due to feelings that students suffering tragic, mournful, wailing and lamentation; Bearings should be suffering.Physical discomfort, physical pain is pain; This should also mean suffering suffering (dukkha). Mental discomfort, the pain felt by the heart-called advantages, the main advantages are suffering. Due to an accident, suffering from brain compassionate heart birth, cerebral superiority, despair, desperation, called the brain, so the brain is suffering.

Not wishing well done yet. Wishes come true is not suffering. What the reason for this suffering is because people do not really do your own boss, do not really do all of the other life circumstances. 
The desire to live, that desire is suffering. That is life! 
Deploying meaning "sudden demand grievances", we have "affinity separation suffering" and "resentment chapter format". Love that the audience loves to be away from, separation would be disappointed, depressed and suffering (dukkha). But what I hate to cuddle holding, face are going to make yourself frustrated, upset, bothered, there is suffering (dukkha).

* Noble Truths Volume (samudaya)

Craving does not mean that the first cause of suffering, according to Buddhism (or under the doctrine of dependent origination). Because, the main charity born from life, life is touched by birth, etc .. operating mode by birth, born of ignorance by the operator, ... Ai's just the nearest primary and suffering.

A trend that other life is called survival instinct, the desire to survive. Do you want to survive so our fear reincarnating born or perishes. You see what a person is struggling with death, you will see survival instinct or desire for preservation. This is called bhava. 
Bhava has three subjects: Gender Education, Lust, and formless. Some people look forward to their presence in the Education world, reborn in the world of Education. Someone re-boring of pleasure from color, sound, smell, taste and touch; Education boring their realms and realms arises desire of Lust. Yet others boring even to appearances, desire exists in the world of no form, they are born in the realm of Immaterial. 
There exists the desire is still desire, is still vital, still suffer from impermanence and suffering. Thus, Suffering is Craving noble truth. 
There are many boring life both birth and death, the desire not to live any longer, no longer falls born again.This is manifested bhava Forever. Because do not wish to live, then the time they can also nourish the desire that no birth and death, and still the habitual desire. Here, depending according to their karma that falls born about Adaptation realm after death. Escapist realm of birth and death is Nirvana. Nirvana is extinguished craving, clinging. If anyone away, if your craving habits have completely eradicated, then Nirvana is available right in this world. But if habitual craving has not completely eradicated, the Supreme organic desire is not enough. The very presence of this aspiration is something simmering fire of suffering.
