- The Path of the Truth of the Buddha.
After leaving the palace at night with Channa and Kanthaka, Prince Siddahattha - now Gotama - goes all the way to morning, and Crossing the Anomà River (Neranjara). On the long sand beach along the river, he shaved his beard, gave Channa a medical dress, took on his golden robes, lived his religious life, and was willing to accept all the material deprivation. He is not in a permanent place. A shade tree, or any craggy rock can cover the sun for him. Legs without shoes, no head hat, He walked in the heat and cold winds.
On the way to find the truth
He first spent seven days in the forest called Anupiya Ambavana in the Malla kingdom. He then went to Rajagir, Rajagir, in Magadha.
Here, while he was walking peacefully in the city, King Bimbisàra from the imperial palace looked out to see the monk dressed in elegant, elegant manner, Slow down, then appreciate. The king sent the archaeologist to tell him that the day after the ceremony, the monk headed for Pandava Hill. "The sergeant sits in a cave on the eastern flank of Pandava Hill, majestic like a lion, a lion."
King Bimbisàra commanded the vehicle, then set off, accompanied the retinue to the far hills, stopping for a glorious monastery. Asked where he was born, Gotama replied:
"Right in front of you, the Great King, is based on the Himalayan range, in Kosala district of ancient clans, with a strong and rich nation. Watching Sàkya, the Thai dynasty of that place, I left, not to pursue the five sensual pleasures, seeking sensual pleasures, realizing the dangers of material pleasures and I feel safe in my ordained life, I go away, looking for something more noble, that is my deepest desire, the ambition that I always hold in my heart. " (Sutta Nipāta, Pabbujjā Sutta, III, 1)
King Bimbisàra hears this so beautifully and offers the magician, after his desperation, to return to Magadha.
Non-Fighting
At that time in India there were two prominent Zen masters, Alàra Kàlàma and Uddaka Rapaputta. Gotama sought to seek their guidance in hopes of being able to pass on teachings leading to the higher levels of the meditation practice.
At first he came to Alāra Kālāma and said to him, "Be my friend, my friend, give me life and teachings of holy life in Dhamma and Vinaya."
Alàra Kàlàma replied, "Honorable man, stay here with me, this teaching is to help intelligent people can conquer and live in it, he himself will intuition to realize what you taste. My master has realized. "
Soon after, Gotama learned all his teachings. He thought, "It is not only Alrara who teaches his teachings, not only because he believes so, but also because he is fully aware of this teaching and has lived in there."
Then he went to Kālàma and said, "What kind of teachings are you, dharma, which you yourself have realized and how high are you?
Alāra Kālāma immediately explained that it was the Akninhannayana, a very advanced Zen stage. At that moment the following thought arises to him: "It is not only Alàra Kàlma who has faith, diligence, mindfulness, right concentration and right understanding. Try to realize the teachings that Kālāma says that he himself has realized and lived in that success. "
He soon succeeded, then came to Alāra and said: "Kålāma, is this the highest level that the learned man realized with intuition and lived in that success?"
- Yes, this is the doctrine that I say that I have realized and lived in that success. This is the supreme level of this doctrine.
But, in my own words, I have realized this level and lived in that success.
We are very happy, indeed, we have a lot of good conditions, in the holy life of Sacred Heart to meet respected fellow initiates like the faithful. Thus, the doctrine that I have been fully aware of and declared, the same intuition of enlightenment and living in that success. The doctrine that the intuitive enlightened enlightened and lived in that success, I myself also realized and lived in it. Thus, the doctrine that I know, the well-known doctrines, the teachings that the brethren know, I also know. I like how the dharma was like that. So let's stay here, let's join together to lead this group of Taoists.
Then the following thought arises:
This doctrine does not lead to letting go, not eradicating craving, does not lead to cessation, does not lead to serene peace, perfection, enlightenment, and Nibbàna, but to the impermanence of meditation. No color."
He is not satisfied with this doctrine and falsely from Alāra Kāmāma, continue to seek the truth. He went to Uddaka Rapaputta to ask for education.
His experience under the tutelage of the teacher was also described by the Majjhima Nikàya, the Middle Agamist, as the encounter with the Zen master Alāra Kāmāma, which differed only in the way that he came to a stage this time. Higher is the N'eva sannà N'àsannayatana. This is the highest Zen level in the three worlds, and at that time was the highest peak, no one attained anything higher.
Gotama can not be satisfied with anything less than complete liberation from all suffering, Nirvana. At this point, he realized that no one was able to lead him to achieve the goal. Truth and tranquility find only within us. From then on he did not seek refuge outside.
Dry
With the unyielding spirit now in the Magadha region to find a state of calm and complete confidences, Gotama arrived one day to Uruvela, the town of Senàni. Here he found a place among lush forests, next to a spectacular river, flexible bending in the heart of two white sand beaches float, stretching under the sun.
He thought: "The scenery is beautiful, the forest is beautiful, the river is interesting with white sand and not far from the hamlet, we can easily get there." (Majjhima Nikaya - Pariyesana Sutta, Vol. 26, vol. I, p. 166)
When he learned that Prince Siddhattha had left the palace to leave the monastic life, Kondanna, the youngest of the eight brahmanas, prophesied during the feast of the Siddhattha. Prince Siddhartha then later he will attain Buddhahood, also to seek Him to study. Along with Kondanna were four people, sons of the other seven, Bhaddiya, Vappa, Mahana and Assaji.
At that time, and so far still, in India there is a strong conviction that if not enclosed in the pressure die the pressure of suffering can not purify the mind and come to the ultimate liberation. Growing up in this belief, Gotama and the group of wise men called the five Kondanna brothers began their extraordinary six-year battle, closing themselves into a life of extreme poverty.
The Maha Saccaka, of the Majjhima Nikaya, No. 36, vol. I, p. 242, describes the effort of the Bodhisatta as follows:
Confirmation Practice. "At that moment the following thought arises to me: 'Or we bite our teeth, squeeze our tongue close to the throat, then use our mind to suppress, control, and eliminate unwholesome thoughts.'
"Then I bite my teeth, pressed my tongue close to my throat and tried to suppress, control, and eliminate unwholesome thoughts with good karma, and when I fought like that, the sweat from my armpits came out.
"Like a strong man who grasps the head or shoulders of a weak man and then presses down, using force and overcoming, not lifting up, so do I, fighting and overcoming unwholesome thoughts.
My diligence is persistent and unyielding, my thoughts are firm and unmoving, but my body is tired and unwell after suffering painfully. The corpse is subjected to persevering effort. Although painful feelings arise to the body, it does not harm my mind at all.
"At that time, I thought, 'Or do we mind breathing!'
"Then I control tight breath - exhale, from the mouth and nose. When I control in-and-out breathing in the mouth and nose, there is a slight escape from the ear, creating a loud sound. The wind, coming out of the ducting tube of the blacksmith howled, when I stopped breathing, the breath from the ear outlet to make a sound too big like that. Persevered diligently, my mind was firm and unmoving, but my body was tired and unwell after suffering painfully - the body was subjected to perseverance. Although painful feelings arise to the body, it does not harm my mind at all.
"Then I controlled my in-breath from my mouth, nose and ears, and when I stopped breathing with my mouth, nose and ears, it was pounding, pounding in my head. A sharp drill, when I stop breathing, slightly hit my head hurt too.Although painful feelings arise to the body, it does not affect my mind at all.
"At that time, I thought to myself, 'Or do we try to hold on to that breathless state?'
"Then I controlled my in-breath from my mouth, nose, and ears, and felt a terrible pain at the same time as having an athlete with a rope tighten my head. The painful feeling does not affect my heart.
"At that time I thought to myself, 'Or do we meditate on breathing retention?'
"Then I stopped breathing with my mouth, nose, and ears, and as I was controlling my breath, a strong throat pierced my stomach, but the name of the butcher, the techie, or the apprentice, How abdominal pain hurts, penetrating through my abdomen makes me so painful, however, I persevere in diligence, and these painful feelings do not harm my heart.
"Again, I thought to myself, 'Or do we try to think about breathing!'
"Then I control my in-breath from my mouth, nose, and ears, and when I hold my breath I feel like there's a huge fire coming out and covering me. The weak and put on a charcoal fire burning red until completely burned down, the fire burned my body at the apnea as hot as it does. However, I still persevered diligently painful feelings Harm my heart.
"At that time, the gods saw me talking to each other. 'Gotama died!' Others noted, 'Gotama is not dead yet, but is dying!' At that time, it was also said, 'Gotama is not dead, nor is he dying. This is the way of life of Arhat. "
The Great Lawsuit - "Then I thought to myself," or do we try on a hunger strike? "
"Then the gods came near me and said, 'Lord, please do not go on a hunger strike, and if you absolutely do not use food, then we will pour on the body of the nutrients of the heavens. Let it infiltrate the pores and feed on Him. '
"At that time, I thought, 'If we were going on a hunger strike, the gods poured the nutrients of the sky to feed on this body, which is a lie.' I think so I refuse.
"Then the following thought came to me: 'Or try to eat a little bit of food, just a little bit of it, a little bit of green beans, or veggies, or red beans, or white beans!'
"When I used only so few real things, in solid or liquid form, my body became extremely thin, because of the lack of food, the large and small parts of my body were thin and thin. My back is only with the camel's claw.My spine is like a chain upright and bent back.My ribs are like a broken ribs My eyebrows are no different than the images of stars that we can see under a deep well, bitter melon cut out fresh and exposed, wind and sun make the skin shrink, wrinkle and wither How did my scalp at that time, because of lack of nutrition, also wrinkled and faded like that.
"When I want to touch the skin of the abdomen, I touch the spine and when I want to touch the spine, I touch the abdominal skin. There is lack of material, my belly skin pressed close to the spine and when I want to stand up urinating, I smacked my limbs with my limbs to revive my body, alas, when I smashed like that, my hair fell on the ground, Gotama black man. 'Some others said,' Gotama is not black but blue '. Someone also said, 'Gotama is neither black nor blue but brown'. My bright and clear skin color is so bad because of the lack of food. "
Three Symbolic Pictures
At that time came to Bodhisattva three images as follows:
"First of all there is a group of Taoists who have not abandoned the desires of the five sensual pleasures and still adhere to the worldly happiness, who are never in a position where Enlightenment may have tried to close. Just as fresh logs are stuck with sap and soaked in water, even if they try to rub each other's hands, they can not look up to fire. Trying to create fire by rubbing against each other so damp woods must be disappointed.
"The second group of devotees has removed the desires of the five sensual pleasures, but the affliction of the worldly happiness, they are not in the position of Enlightenment, Like fresh logs full of resin, picked up from the water and left on the shore, though we tried to rub it together, we could not even fire it. Water but the logs are fresh, full of plastic, people want to create fire by rubbing against each other such wood pieces must be disappointed.
"The third group of devotees who have ceased their desires for the five sensual pleasures and have no longer pursued the worldly happiness, who are in the position of Enlightenment, Just like the logs that have no plastic and have been picked up from the water for a long time and dried up, trying to rub two pieces of wood can make it look like fire. "
To prevent, not to be attached to the attachment of the pleasures of the five senses, the Bodhisattva has closed himself into a life of extreme suffering. Although the ascetic pressed to the extreme. He is not nearing the goal of liberation. Himself narrated in the above sutras.
"Then the following thought arises to me: 'Even though the mages or ascetics of the past have suffered painful, painful or painful feelings, so is this. Together, it can not be any more. Even though future masters or ascetics suffer from painful, painful or painful feelings, this is the same, impossible. However, it has gone through so many austerities, hardships, and pain that we have not achieved anything good, worthy of high enlightenment and wisdom that transcends human states. Which other leads to higher realization Supreme? "
Ma Wang Cam Di
Amidst that danger, while he was still sitting on the banks of the Nerannjarà river, Mara approached and said,
"This devout man, the thin man, the deformed body, the hour of death has come ... Please live, my dharma, life is very good. Sacrificing fire, who will make many blessings. How do I live ascetic life like this to do? The way to persevere effort is really difficult, difficult and difficult to accomplish.
The Bodhisattva answered Mara as follows:
"This evil man is evil, his family is sinful and lazy, and he comes here only for your own sake, for what good fortune is good for you, but your duty is to say so. "I practice with firm belief, with tight control (tapo), diligence (viriya) and wisdom (panna). I'm so determined, why do you even question me?
It is better to die on the battlefield (while fighting) than to live and fail! "
With that assertive word, Gotama fell in love with Mara, and he was determined to achieve the goal of Buddhahood.
Last Life before Enlightenment
After six years of experiencing Himself, He came to the door of death but felt no closer to the goal. The ascetic practice clearly does not bring any practical benefits. He concluded that the path to the fruit of which he was constantly anxious for success must be directed toward the inner. He was not discouraged, but found that asceticism only reduced mental impairment and mental fatigue. The body is tired, the mind can not be completely clear. He immediately decided not to eat again but to use a little rudimentary food. The five masters with whom he was misunderstood, thought he was returning to rich luxury, abandoned him to Isipatana (Sarnath).
In the morning just before the day of the Enlightenment, while the Bodhisattva meditates under the shadow of an ajapalà tree near the Bodhi tree, a young woman named Sujàtà offers him a rice cooker. It was hard work meticulous hands to get.
The story of Sujàtà offering real food to the Bodhisattva is reported as follows: In the village in Senàni village, near the forest Uruvela has a woman named Sujàtà. One day she came to the skin near the house, begging for blessings to meet her husband as a wish and will first birth a son. And she prayed every year will come here sacrificed. At that time, the Bodhisattva had decided not to go on hunger strike but reused some food.
On the full moon day of Vesakha (April lunar month), Sujàtà brings the real thing to the skin to sacrifice. When she saw the Bodhisattva, meditating at that moment, she thought of the goddess, and offered her to him in a very precious bowl.
Bodhisattva finished bowl, go down the river Neranjarà (Ni Lien Meditation) sitting real. Then he took the bowl standing by the river, praying: "If today I can attain Buddhahood, please bowl this will flow upstream." The bowl is drifting upstream!
Final Victory
Alone, in the midst of lonely jungle, there is no support from the outside, with the iron will. He set up his heart to strive for the ultimate resilience:
"If only the skin, veins and bones, blood and flesh have dried up and dissolved, I vow not to move from this place until I have realized the fullness of samkhà (sammā-sambodhi)."
Try not to be tired, enthusiastic not to rot. He was determined to realize the truth and attain the state of omniscience. Sit cross-legged under the tree, which later called the bodhi tree, which means the tree of enlightenment, or the tree of wisdom. He applied the "mind breathing in - exhalation" (ääàpàna sati).
This final fight is reported as follows:
I have been away from all sensual pleasures, I have entered and resided in the First Zen, the mind is calm with meditation and close, clear and blissful. Lost, arise due to the state of stillness, but I do not let the sense of paradoxes that arise that overwhelms the mind, then kill the range and close, concentrate the mind in a single unshakable point, I To enter and dwell in the second jhāna, a state of bliss arises due to concentration, confidence is firmly established, but I do not let the sense of paradise compare like that. And vanished, my mind calm, focused mind on a certain point and always awake, still listening to the body, I entered and reside in Tam Thi n. But happiness was not to overwhelm the mind arises. With the release of the pleasures and sufferings of the body and the state of bliss and sorrow of the mind dissolving, I enter and dwell in the Four Meditations. Due to emptiness, no pleasure or sorrow, calm mind, and mindfulness are not shaken.
With the mind to dwell on a spot, calm, calm, clear as the mirror surface is clean polished, no pollution, favor, malleable, easy to use, awake, firm and not. I shiver, I turn my heart to the wisdom of Recollecting Past lives (Pubbe nivas Sussussati nana, Tuc-Minh Minh.) I remember many of my past lives, one life, two lives, three, four, five Life, then ten, twenty to fifty, then one hundred, one thousand, one hundred thousand, then the dispersion of many world cycles, and the development of many world cycles. What, the birth of any family, class, life, how fun and suffering how, how long life and death from how it came out I reborn in c nh yet, what name etc .. So I remember the way of rebirth and the details of past lives. That is the first insight that I realized at a soup, the evening of Thanh. Ignorance has been broken, insights arise. The dark night has ended, the light comes to the diligent, zealous and self-controlled. The feeling of being born and being exists but I do not mind being overwhelmed by it.
With the mind set on a point ... I turn my heart to the understanding of the phenomenon of birth and birth of beings (Cutùpapàta nàna, Heavenly Vision.) With pure celestial sphere, superman, I see beings Death from this birth is born again into another life, I realize that those who are vain, beautiful people bad people, happy people miserable, all experiencing the state of killing and birth, depending on the act of artifacts. I know that these sentient beings, by evil deeds, words and thoughts, curse the saintly people, believe not in righteousness, have the lifestyle of the person who cultivates wrong view, after the body I also know that the other beings by action, speech, and private Ng nice, do not curse the saint, trust righteous, And living the life of the right viewer, after the body scattered and leaving the ceiling, reborn in the scene of leisure, the scene of Heaven. Thus, with Divine Vision I clearly see the dispersion and reconstruction of beings. That is the second insight that I realized in the middle of the night, Thanh Dao. Ignorance has been broken, insights arise. The dark night has ended, the light comes to the diligent, zealous and self-controlled. The feeling of being born and being exists, but I do not let the mind be overwhelmed by it. The dark night has ended, the light comes to the diligent, zealous and self-controlled. The feeling of being born and being exists, but I do not let the mind be overwhelmed by it. The dark night has ended, the light comes to the diligent, zealous and self-controlled. The feeling of being born and being exists, but I do not let the mind be overwhelmed by it.
With the mind set on a point ... I turn my mind to the knowledge of the termination of the Asavakkhaya nàna or the gong (Asavakkhaya nàna). Innocence in the flow of the flow of karma from innumerable rays to the highest realms - in terms of realms, or to the state of buddha (gotrabhù) - in terms of mind flow.
"I know things as they really are: this is suffering, this is the cause of suffering, this is the end of suffering, this is the path leading to the end of suffering.
"In the same way, I know the truth: These are illicit or illicit, this is the cessation of illicit acts, which is the path leading to the cessation of illicit acts. So, my mind escapes from sexual desire (pollution related to lust), escapes from illicit (pollution related to attachment to life), escapes from illicit ignorance When I was liberated myself, I knew: "I am liberated." I realized in my intuition: "No more birth, the life of the Holy One is complete. What to do, after the present life there is no other life anymore. "That is the third wisdom I realized at the third watch, Thanh Dao night.
Ignorance is broken, insight is born, darkness has come to an end, light comes to the living, diligent and self-conscious. Do not let your mind be overwhelmed. " (Majjhima Nikàya - Middle Ages, Sutta No. 36, Mahà Saccaka Sutta)
Happy rays
Ignorance is liberated and wisdom arises. In the extraordinary battle to become the Pathfinder. He gloriously won. The Light of Truth has shone upon Him the mysteries of life. This glorious victory of the glorious spirit has transformed Gotama (Gotama) into a Buddha of Righteous Enlightenment, the Enlightened One, the supreme omnipotent. He read the happy verse:
Throughout many lifetimes
in the cycle of samsara,
Tathagata wandering away, go forever,
as Lai goes looking for forever, without meeting,
Tathagata find the builder of this house.
Repeating life is really troublesome. late.
this is slightly hairdresser home,
Tathagata has found you.
From
you shall not build a house for the Tathagata again.
All frame are broken,
Plants human monoclonal erected
also be shattered.
as Lai Evil Unborn,
and Tathagata has eradicated all craving. "
(Dhammapada - Dhammapada, Verses 153-154)

(Dhammapada - Dhammapada, Verses 153-154)
The Buddha affirmed the indescribable wandering in many past lives filled with suffering and distress. He came to this declaration, not due to his own reasoning or imagination, or to hear anyone say, but because he himself had seen in the first watch, the day of the Enlightenment, one, two, three Countless past lives. This also evidently demonstrates faith in many lives.
He was uncertain in the cycle of birth and death, and therefore suffered many hardships, in order to find the builder of this house - the reason for this body. He always goes to find the cause that has dragged himself drifting in the lives, live and die, die and reborn again, endlessly endless. Find but do not see.
In the last of his life, in the midst of the solitary confluence of the sacred forest, he delves deep into the meditation that he has cultivated far and wide in the past. He discovered that the house builder always wanted to know.
This workman is not a strange place outside, but is potentially hidden inside Him. It is Cravings, self-created, a spiritual component that always sleeps inside everyone. Find the house builder, know the cause of attracting beings in the cycle of birth and death, ie he has eradicated craving.
The flank of the house itself is the defilements such as greed, anger, delusion, conceit, wrong view, cynical, deranged, liberated, no shame, no fear of the consequences of evil action. . The thistle bearing the flank is ignorance, the origin of the descent of all desires. He broke the thunderbolt and collapsed the house. His light of wisdom has permanently repelled the night of ignorance. Slopes and thunderstands are building materials used by workers to set up the house. At the end of the material, the mechanic would no longer be able to build the house.
Lesson
Through the work of the path and the attainment of the Buddha, we find that he first came to study with two teachers and meditation (samatha bhàvanà) to the ultimate. If he keeps this level until he dies, he will be reborn in the realm of samsara, enjoying extremely noble and long life, but still in the Three Realms. Oil can live up to 84 thousand auras of age but then, when the life expectancy ends, it must also be reborn into an uncertain life in the cycle of reincarnation. Tranquility meditation does not lead to liberation.
We often hear "wisdom," and sometimes misunderstood that once the meditation to the degree of "determination" is of course "wisdom" arises. But this word only means that when the mind is calm to the "level", use that concentration as the basis to develop "intellect."
Under normal circumstances, the human mind is always mobile. The meditator does not let this mind jump, in the past, or the other end, until the future, because when one's mind moves like that, one can not dwell on one point. Meditations of Tranquility, meditators try to concentrate mind, always mindful and aware, precaution every time the mind, until reaching the state of calm and calm. Tranquility meditates temporarily to overcome mental obstacles such as craving, anger, delusion, drowsiness, anxiety and doubt, mental progression, Clarity and consensus. But it should not be misunderstood that when the mind is completely relaxed, the intellect naturally arises. Wisdom is not something that arises automatically, and has many levels of intelligence and levels of understanding: crude, Medium and delicate. Wisdom or insight (vipassanànàna) is clear and deep understanding of the true nature of things.
The meditator comes to the point where he uses that concentration to contemplate things and develop wisdom with vipassanà bhàvanà. The noun vipassanà, insight, means to see an unusual way. There is a vision beyond the normal range, seen clearly. Wisdom insight is the wisdom to realize Truth. This is not to feel over the surface but to see things right in the context of it, seeing things under the light of the three characteristics, impermanence, suffering, not self. It is this Vipassana meditation, based on the calmness of the mind, that enables the meditator to wash away all defilements in the mind to the extreme, removing all illusions of the "I", seeing Acting General of all things and realizing Nirvana. That's the Way to Freedom.
Seven Week After Enlightenment
After the extraordinary magic battle that lasted for six years, Gotama, thirty-five years of age, destroyed all the defilements, ceased all covetousness, and realized the true nature of all things. A Buddha, the Transfiguration, the Whole Enlightenment.
The First Week - During the first seven days after the Buddha's Sitting, the Buddha is not moving under the shadow of the bodhi tree to experience the Happiness of Suffering (vimutti sukha).
On the night of the week he meditated and meditated on the Paticca Samuppada in the following way: "When there is this, there is this (consequence), With the arising of This (cause), this (fruit) arises. "
Depending on the place of ignorance (avijjà), samkhàrà, good and unwholesome, arise.
Depending on the place of action, consciousness (vinana) arises.
Depending on consciousness, nama-rupa is born.
Depending on the Name-Form, the Six Senses (salàyatana) arise.
Dependent on the Sixfold, phassa arises.
Depending on the place, feeling (vedana) arises.
Depending on the place of feeling, loneliness (tanhà) arises.
Dependent on the place, the upàdàna arise.
Dependent upon the Player, bhava arises.
Depending on the place, there is birth (jàti).
Depending on birth, arises jarà, Mara, soka, parideva, dukkha, domanassa and upayaàsa.
At that moment, understood the meaning of this, the Buddha said to the happy verse as follows: "Truly, when the truth discovered the obvious to the saint has diligently diligently diligently meditate and meditate. , How much doubt is dispelled, because he knows the truth and causes. "
In the middle of the night, the Buddha contemplates on the Twelvefold Causality in the opposite direction as follows:
"When this cause no longer exists, this consequence disappears." With the cessation of this cause, the fruit also ceased. "
- With the cessation of ignorance, the action ceases.
With the cessation of action, consciousness ceases.
- With the cessation of consciousness, the Name ends.
- With the cessation of the Name-Lama, the Six Continents.
With the cessation of the Sixfold, the Ending.
- With the cessation of contact, the feeling is over.
With the cessation of feeling, the passion ceases.
- With the cessation of the craving, the cessation ceased.
- With the cessation of the Player ceases.
With the end of Being, the birth is over.
With the end of Birth, Aging, Death, Depression, Grief, Depression, Depression, and Depression ending.
At that moment, understood the meaning of this, the Blessed One read the verse happy as follows: "Truly, when the truth discovered obvious to the saint has diligently diligent and thoughtful Thoughts, how much cynicism is dissipated, because he comprehended the eradication of causes. "
To the Third Patriarch meditated on the "Dependent Origination" in the direction of the reverse and the reverse as follows: "When there is this person, this fruit. With the arising of this cause, this fruit arises. Without this cause, this fruit does not exist.
Depending on the ignorance, action arises, etc. Thus, the whole mass of suffering arises.
With the end of ignorance, the end of the act ... Like that, the whole mass of suffering ceases.
At that time, understood the meaning of this, the Buddha read the happy verse as follows:
Indeed, when the truths of the discoverer manifest to the saint who diligently diligently meditated and meditated in silence, he firmly broke off the wings of the magecraft as well as the sunlight that destroyed the darkness and light. Morning sky. "
Second Week - The second week went through calmly, but in that silence the Buddha gave the world an important lesson. To show deep gratitude to the invisible Bodhi tree that sheltered him during the fight to achieve the Path. He stood a long way to look at the Bodhi tree for a whole week without blinking. Later, where the Buddha stood the whole week to see the Bodhi tree King Asoka set up a memorial stupa called Animisalocana Cetiya.
In accordance with the noble example of noble and to commemorate this glorious glorious success, to this day, Buddhists still respect, not only the original Bodhi tree but the seedlings, grandchildren. One branch, extracted from the right hand side of the original bodhi tree, was taken from India to Sri Lanka by the Sanghimitta Theri. The tree was planted by King Devánampiya Tissa at the ancient capital Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. So far the tree is still lush and lush reception of the devotion of the worship of millions of fervent guests to pilgrimage. From this many of the seedlings were extracted and replanted in many parts of the island and in other distant countries.
Third Week - Because the Buddha did not leave the shelter but still around the Bodhi tree, the gods at that time doubted whether he had attained Buddhahood. Having read that thought, the Buddha uses the power of divine power to create a "precious path" (ratana cankamana), and go up and down walking meditation for a week.
