Mindfulness  is.

To me,  mindfulness  is a living art  of awareness . You do not  have to  be a Buddhist  or a yogi  to practice  mindfulness . Actually in  Buddhism , is the most important point we must know the return  to yourself, and not  trying to  become something other than themselves. Buddhism  teaches us to be  in touch  with our own nature  and to let it  manifest  without restraint. It means we have to wake  up and see things as they really are. Actually, the word  Buddha , Buddha, means an  awakened person  , one who sees his  own nature  .
