Mindfulness leads to liberation.
The word "mindfulness", mindfulness, has become a "common and very catchy word today," shared by Thubten Chodron, and each of us uses it in our own way. While practicing mindfulness of each of your actions is a very valuable practice, she says, but a mindfulness that leads to liberation requires more elaboration. Please send to your sharing below below.

There was a friend who visited the Sravasti Abbey and donated us the panels used in the retreats to remind the students. At the table to drink, she wrote, "Please clean the water. Thank you for your mindfulness." At the entrance, the sign read " Please close gently.
Thank you for your mindfulness. "I began to wonder, not knowing what she said mindfulness here is meaningful! It seems that the word mindfulness, mindfulness, now has become a very popular word. Ear catching, like karma, so many users but few really understand its meaning, and recently I had the opportunity to read an article about eating an orange in mindfulness In my talk, I heard people use mindfulness to describe a sitting experience watching their children doing the same thing. Another person uses it to express his consciousness present in the present moment: "I have righteousness The thought of his anger is arising. I have awareness of my intention to say anger.
And I totally present in the present moment, completely mindful when I say those words! "And we also heard about applying mindfulness to help people cope with chronic pain. Even Despite the examples I have just presented, there are some cases where there is a grounded and beneficial application of mindfulness, but are they really bringing us enlightenment? the Buddha presented in the scriptures, when mindfulness is an essential element in the path to liberation?
mindfulness, mindfulness, is a very convenient for people in the West today, but the word "abandon "Renunciation, do not!" The word "let go" brings with it the image of a man in a dark, Eat tasteless food, live alone, and no television, iPod, cell phone, computer, refrigerator or credit card. In our consuming culture, letting go is seen as a path to suffering. And just like mindfulness, letting go is also misleading in the West.
The Buddha has this definition, letting go of a free will, of dukkha, a situation of unsatisfactoriness and suffering of samsara. To let go does not mean that we deny happiness, but to give up suffering and its causes.
Because our vision is obscured by ignorance, we are rarely aware of the nature of suffering and the cause of it. And the way to counter ignorance is a clear view - no hiding, no denial, or self-defense - See the truth of what's happening right now. There is awareness. This requires a very sincere attitude of mine, which challenges my notion of myself.
In the Madhyamika Island, Vipallasa Sutta, belongs to the Chapter IV Chant. 149, the Buddha said about the four wrongs, the basic assumptions of our experience. They were called four crazy sees by the Buddha, because things were seen in opposition to their truth.
Four crazy views that are:
1) In the ordinary see often. Capture what is impermanent and let it be usually.
2) In the suffering is lost. Believe that things in life, whose nature is unsatisfactory or suffering, will bring happiness.
3) In impure is pure. Seeing what is not pure is beautiful and attractive.
4) In selflessness, it is self. Held things that their nature is selfless and without substance.
In the impermanent thought often This
morning when you wake up, do you think you have been growing up a day and also closer to death one day? Although my mind knows that my body is getting old every single minute, my deepest feeling is that this body will last forever, and death will never come to me. At least it is far from it.This attitude is an example to show that you are holding this body as it is often, is forever. And so, we see our relationships as fixed and when a loved one dies, we feel stunned and surprised. We want our relatives to be with us forever and hold onto that hope.
And we can learn how to deal with the impermanence of life in a very gentle way. But first and foremost, we need to see the error in our understanding of what we think is permanent, permanent, and mindful of the transformed nature in everyone and everything.
The thought is lost.
Anything that brings us joy will bring us problems: an ideal mate leaves us, our beloved children argue against us, our new job increases and we also increase our work hours and Stress for usThe pleasure of life's rotation brings us all this disappointment to another disappointment, but we still find it, thinking that this time it will bring us a longer happiness. We are like a gambler, believing that the new card will bring us great fortune. I am like a drug addict waiting for the next cigarette.
With mindfulness we will clearly see this second madness. We will find that most of what has taught us, and what we pass on to our children about happiness, is not true. A true and lasting happiness can only exist by eradicating the causes of suffering - delusions of affection and actions (karma, karma) promoted by them.
In impure thought is pure.
We pursue and cling to the appeal of our own body and of others. "Beautiful body" is one of the things that we all recognize. But if the body is so attractive, why do we waste so much effort to change it? We find all sorts of ways to make our bodies look better: dye their hair, add or remove weight, wear clothes that highlight parts of the body. "Staying young forever" is also one of the largest commercial businesses in the country. But what if we just live in harmony with reality? We are all old. Can we learn to live happily with wrinkles, with gray hair, with weak muscles? Old age must be so scary, but my mistake is to make it so. In selflessness, think self. One of the most misconceptions and pitfalls is to have a true self in the body and mind. We think and feel that there is a real "me" in me, and that it is the most important "me" in the universe - my happiness is the most essential, and my suffering is needed. Must be resolved first. We imagine the image of someone and then we are determined to live up to that illusion. And most of my thoughts about myself are completely wrong. Our own nature is not ugly, beautiful, talented, inferior, lazy, ignorant, intelligent ... or any of the good or inferior qualities we attach ourselves to.
And not only do we think that in us there is a real and lasting "me" that serves as the body, mind and life, We also believe that other people and things around us have such an entity. We believe that all things are true to their appearance. And so we believe that those who are our enemies are evil and evil. We save and protect what belongs to us. Because we can not see the ever-changing nature of self and without the reality of all phenomena, how many afflictions and sufferings are born. And since then I have feelings like anger, craving, anxiety, lazy ... wronged and mastered his life. It's all because we've been catching up for what's not real and for being true.
Thanks to mindfulness, mindfulness, about the four wrong and crazy views - impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, Impure and non-self - that we are aware of the suffering they bring and renounce it. And that is renunciation. Mindfulness must lead us to let go.
Such a mindfulness will bring us the courage and ability to go against our own habits and habits of autism. Looking around, we see everyone is like me, everyone wants to get away from suffering and longing for happiness. And from there sincerely want to help others arise. Being aware of the happiness that comes from helping others, love and kindness will arise in us. We find a very close connection with all beings, all species, and we desire to purify and transform all our own suffering - to become a Buddha - so that we can Help others more complete. And in that way mindfulness leads us to the path of liberation.
