I. MATTERS
Satipatthàna Sutta - The foundations of mindfullness .
This is one of the fullest and most important suttas by the Buddha dealing with meditation, with particular emphasis on the development of insight. The Buddha begins by declaring the four foundations of mindfulness to be the direct path for the realization of Nibbàna, and then gives detailed instructions on the four foundations: the contemplation of the body, feelings, mind and mind objects .
The foundation of righteous thoughts .
This is one of the most important and complete sutras that the  Buddha taught in meditation,  especially emphasizing the development of insight. In the beginning, the Buddha declared the Four Noble Truths as the  direct way off to realize Nibbana . He  then taught in detail the four foundations of mindfulness, namely, body contemplation, sensation, mind, and  objects of mind.
II. SUMMARY
