(5) He avoided both [aspects] of disgust and disgust, to stay calm in that object, with complete mindfulness and insight into how? [213] Here, when the eye sees tangible objects, monks do not rejoice nor sorrow; he stay in calm, contemplation and complete with full understanding. When headphones sound ... When the audience aware of the mind, he is neither joy nor sorrow, in calm residence, mindfulness and completely with full understanding. He avoided both [aspects] of disgust and disgust, to stay calm in that object, with contemplation and completely thorough understanding like that.

These are the sages of Kabbalah.
