Holy way.

Buddhism starts with a view of a human named Siddharta Sakya Gotama. This seeing is a direct sight that does not pass thought and reasoning, it is a kind of intuition. This intuition can be achieved by elaborate reflection, ie, looking deeply into the reality. The energy used for contemplation is mindfulness  and  concentration , two mental abilities. Concept  is  so interested  in, and  to  be  focused insight . Mindfulness and concentration. Wisdom  is the sight. This view is capable of transforming and liberating one's mind from anxiety, fear, violence, hatred, despair and passion. Mindfulness, concentration and insight are also minds, but they are good minds.
That seeing is called right  seeing . When the view is right, thoughts, words, and actions will be true and will not create suffering for themselves and for the situation. There is a way of life that can lead us to this view: that way of life is called a path, the path of the eight activities called the  Eightfold Path . Apart mindfulness, right concentration, right view, right thought, right speech, right action, there are two other activities: it is a means of living a righteous  (right)  and meticulous practice of righteousness  (right effort ) . Buddhism is the way. It is a way of life, a way of life, not a theory of reality.
But right  understanding  is the seeing of reality. This is a vision that transcends all concepts such as yes / no, birth / deprivation, one / many, to / go, before / after, subject / object. This seeing is sometimes called  non-dual  or  middle-way . There are methods of manipulating the mental energy and concentration to reach that vision. These are the methods of contemplation such as impermanence, selflessness, dependent origination, infertility, no, formless and uncreative. These methods are taken by people who have reached the passage for those who have not yet attained. Use these methods as well as dig wells for water. Mindfulness and determination are the well-digging wells, wisdom is the water circuit found.
Insight meditation is not the only Buddha. Many ancients like Heraclite and Confucius have also realized it. Insight meditation is maintained as a concentration that will bring about insight and the insight of selflessness. Conditional birth means to rely on each other that arises, which manifests. This is described by the Buddha:  "This is because of the other, this is  not because of the other . Relativistic things are causal to each other, not necessarily the cause must have before the result, cause and effect can be simultaneous, and the cause also simultaneously. For example, in the there is because there is no, there is no one because there is, the fruit is because of the right, the birth because of the kill. Without the left, there is no right, no one, no empty. Looking deep into a cloud or a flame, we see that both the clouds and the flames turn impermanent at each moment, there is no real entity, not from zero but becomes and will become. Into no. All phenomena are like that, including the human mind.
In Buddhism, we find two kinds of truths: the relative truth, the  loka samvrti,  and the absolute truth, called  paramartha . Relativistic truth is what is convention: there is birth, there is an extinction, there is, there is no, there is first, there is later, there is one, there is one ... Absolute truth escapes all of that category trinomial. The Buddha said:  "There is no birth, no kill, no artifacts, not formed. If there is no birth, no extinction, no creativity, no formation, then the world of those who are born, destroyed, created and formed will not escape . The non-arising, the non-extinguishing, the non-productive, and the non-forming, is nirvana, the foundation for the things that are born, the created, and the created. The unconditional basis for the organism.
Seeing to be impermanent and dependent, one sees selflessness. Anatta is not something ordinary, immutable, without anything that can survive on its own. They all fall into each other that exists. And this existence is not long lasting, only in one moment. Therefore, dependent origination is also impermanent, and not self is impermanent.
Insight on impermanence, causation and not-self also leads to insight. No means that there is no real entity that can stand alone alone. It does not mean that there is no  substance. Does not mean empty, no core. Seeing is not seeing infertility. Infertility means that there is no real birth, there is no, there is going to be, there is one other. This is the deepest insight, called the middle way.
Look at the surface, that is, on the surface of the phenomenon, we see that there are births there is yes, there is going to be, there is a different. But contemplating deeply on the self-nature of all phenomena, ie, looking at their nature, we see that all are selfless, non-passing, no, no, no, no, no , not different. The self-nature of the world is not there nor is it not. The world has no beginning or no end. The world is not empty, but becomes, and will not be, but become, because the nature of the world is eternal. Time and space are just two manifestations of an entity, time and space intertwined that manifest. There is the same, not the same neither, that is not neither nor not. This selfless, Self no no no this is called the Buddha nirvana. Nirvana  is the silence of all thoughts. This view brings cool. Nirvana means to pay, to be cool, to be the absence of all thoughts, of all anxieties, fears, sorrows, and lingering thoughts caused by them. Nirvana is the cessation of the burning. What burns? Ideas that have not, lost, born and died ... create passion, anxiety, despair, fear and suffering. These are the burning flames of affliction. Achieving right understanding, passing away all ideas, the fire is off and there is cool. Depression and hunger caused by these thoughts. Nirvana is the cessation of the burning. What burns? Ideas that have not, lost, born and died ... create passion, anxiety, despair, fear and suffering. These are the burning flames of affliction. To achieve right understanding, to overcome all ideas, fire off and have cool.
This inferiority is the foundation of a moral way of life that is concretized by the Eightfold Path and the Five Sages of Mindfulness. The Noble Eightfold Path and the Five Precepts are the concrete manifestation of the non-duality and the middle path. This view is called interdependence:  This is the other, this is in the other, without this there is no other.
For example we talk about suffering and happiness. Happiness and suffering are closely related to each other. There is no such thing as the one with the mud. If there is no mud, no dream, no matter where it is. We know there is mud. Where no mud, no sleep. Similarly, suffering and happiness are intertwined. Running away from suffering to find happiness is like finding lotus flowers where there is no mud. Sen and mud as well as left and right, as long as the fruit is there to have that same turn. By being in touch with suffering, listening to suffering, we discover the knowledge and the love. Understanding and loving are the ingredients that make up happiness. Understand first is to understand the suffering of his own suffering and the world. That understanding leads to mercy, mercy is transformed blame, Anger and the will to punish. If father does not understand my difficulties, suffering and frustration, I can not love you and make you happy. Therefore, in the four truths (the Four  Noble Truths), the first truth is suffering. Looking deeply into suffering, to see the nature and root of suffering, we see the way out of suffering, that is the fourth truth, the imperial. This truth is the path leading to the transformation of suffering, the creation of happiness. Transforming suffering, creating happiness is the third truth, cessation. Destruction means the transformation of suffering. And the second fact is that the view is contrary to reality and behavior based on that false perception. That view is contrary to right view. It is wrong view. My suffering and frustration, I can not love you and make you happy. And the second fact is that the contrary to the truth and the behavior is based on that false perception. That view is contrary to right view. It is wrong view. My suffering and frustration, I can not love you and make you happy. And the second fact is that the contrary to the truth and the behavior is based on that false perception. That view is contrary to right view. It is wrong view. That is the fourth truth, the dharma. This truth is the path leading to the transformation of suffering, the creation of happiness. Transforming suffering, creating happiness is the third truth, cessation. Destruction means the transformation of suffering. And the second fact is that the view is contrary to reality and behavior based on that false perception. That view is contrary to right view. It is wrong view.
Right understanding is the basic material of the path leading to the transformation of suffering and the creation of happiness. This path is called the  Noble Eightfold Path,  which is the path of the eight true practices: Right Understanding, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Effort, Right Effort, Mindfulness and Right Effort. Mindfulness and concentration are practices that lead to right understanding.
Mindfulness helps us to be present in the present moment in order to interact with what is nourishing and therapeutic. Mindfulness also helps us to be present in dealing with pain. Mindful energy is manipulated by the practice of breathing, walking, sitting and working, which helps us to let go of stress, soothe both body and mind. It helps us to look deeply and maintain the vision that is able to heal, nourish and transform. There are the  samadhi (tam ma, samadhi)  as impermanent, ungrateful, no formality , no matter, interdependence, no self, infertility ... help us gain insight is the ability to see disassembly And liberated. Freeing out of fear, lust, anxiety, hatred and despair.
Right understanding is the non-duality, the interdependence, the inferiority that is capable of bringing fearlessness and peace. Take the example of fear of death. Without right understanding, we think that death is what will happen after the end of life. To think so is wrong view. Just as the right and the left always coexist  (the one on the bottom, the one on the outside, the object on the subject too),  life and death always go together. No life, no death, no death, no life. Birth and death go together as a pair of identical and occur simultaneously. In every second, tens of thousands of cells in our bodies die and tens of thousands of new cells are born. Without the death of these cells, there is no birth of the cells. Death is the basis of life and life is the basis of death. Both of them that happen, that expression. In right view, we are born to die in every moment, no moment that we do not live, no moment that we do not die. We experience life and death in every moment. So ask: "What will happen after death"  is not true. I am living and I am dying. And we can die in a spectacular and beautiful way every second. In every tens of thousands of dead body cells, we do not need a funeral to pity them. Every tens of thousands of cells that produce us do not have enough time to celebrate them. Living dead is not something terrible. Death does not belong to the future. Death is happening in the present, but I have grief about it. And at the moment that we thought we were going to die, death would not be there for us. Because then both life and death stopped expressing in order to manifest in other forms of birth and death. Consciousness thus attains the view of birth and death, and we escape the fear of death.
We can go further with what we call infertility. Infertility  means that there is no birth nor death. Inviting a cloud or a paper, we see their infertility. The cloud is not empty but becomes, the cloud is just a new form of expression. Previously it was present in the ocean, in water vapor and in the sunlight. Not from zero to have, it is infertile. The cloud can not die, it can not be eliminated, because the cloud can only become rain, snow, steam, ice, without which it can not. This is also true with paper. The paper before becoming paper is a forest, a cloud ... The paper is not empty but becomes, the paper's self is unborn, is infertile. Burning paper sheets will follow up with heat, By smoke, by ashes. The paper can not become a word, its nature is immortal. All phenomena around us and in us are like that, including our body. Our self-nature is immortality. To achieve that vision is to overcome all anxiety, fear and sorrow.
Conscious about yes and no, we find that there are and are not only two concepts but not the nature of reality. If an object is really there, its self must be there, can not be translated, can not become zero. If it translates, if it can become zero then it is not really there. What is not. If an object is really absent, its self must be zero, it can not be translated, it can not be zero becomes. In the Acts of the Apostles, No. 301, the Buddha told the teacher Katyàyana that right understanding is seeing away from the two concepts of yes and no . If there are and are not only ideas that are not attributes of reality then there is no need to question the world ever since, and when will the world become zero, who created the world? present, And whether there is a creator or not a creator. If scientists break free of the notions of yes and no then they do not need to question the origins of the universe nor create theories like the 'Big Bang' theory. The universe is expanding, just like the universe is breathing in, and after breathing into the universe will breathe out, there is no need for a starting point.
If we reflect on  interbeing  (Interbeing)  we will see water waves, clouds also present in the flowers, I have in me, I have in me, and cause and effect in another. There is instant insight, there is no stigma, hatred and fear. If we reflect on  countless fitness , we will see the object of my lust impermanent, full of danger and tribulation as in the bait a hook, and we transformed the passion and lust. Mutual and free sex are also meditations that have the power to transform and liberate.

The three basic meditations that are present in all Buddhist traditions are  none ,  formless  and  uncreative , also called the three doors of liberation.
Does  not mean empty. No phenomenon is self-contained. All of these are the aggregates of karmic affinities, saying that it is not right to say neither is not true. The word  not  here  (Sunyata,  emptiness)  does not mean that which is not for nothing but the empty, the absence of a true core, permanent. The science of entering the world of quanta was almost in touch with the emptiness. It does not mean that there is no separate self, no left, no right, no self, no human, father and children are not two independent beings, I have in my father. This view leads to great freedom.
Formless  (animitta, signlessness)  means do not be deceived and do not get stuck on the outside of the general state of things. The water vapor, although I can not see it, is still present, just exposed to the cold, it shows the fog or cloud. The cloud is no longer visible in the sky, but it is not lost:  it is present in the form of rain, snow, or ice . Generals like General, General, General, General, Generals, General kill ... can deceive me. Therefore, if you look to avoid getting stuck in the general, you will not be the victim of grief, fear and despair.
Uncreated  (apranihita, aimlessness)  means ending quest to pursue. The conditions for happiness are present, if we return to the present moment, we can identify them, and happiness can be present immediately. Chrysanthemum flower is a mysterious reality, chrysanthemum need not become a happy new rose. What we are looking for in the past, such as nirvana, pure land, dharmas, buddhahood and enlightenment, are already available in our nature, right in the present moment. The mysteries of the dharmakaya of the Pure Land are present in our body and mind, just returning to mindfulness, concentration and insight we are in touch. Stop the rush to seek the immediate peace and leisure. Disarming is also unaccountable. Nothing to attain, nothing to look for. Waves are perceived as having started, having the final, up, down, Yes no But waves are also water at the same time. No water, no no, no birth, no kill, no up, no down. Just a wave of recognition that you are water, it will get rid of all the anxiety, fear and desire. The main wave is water right here and right in this moment. The wave does not need to find water. Seeing such a peaceful wave. It's free.
Right Understanding is the non-dual vision that escapes all thoughts such as emptiness, birth and death, homosexuality, coming ... It is the insight that is arising and interdependent. Right  Understanding is the foundation  of Buddhism's meta-ethics Five Precepts of Buddhism  (The Five Mindfulness trainings)  following the path of true love and authentic happiness is symbolic for knowledge. This way of universal value, Buddhists or non-Buddhists can learn and live by this insight and virtue to build peacefulness and peace in the world.END=NAM MO AMITABHA BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH GIAC TAM.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN AMITABHA PURELAND=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.18/4/2017.
