CHINESE  CHINESE.

There are four  bases of  mindfulness : the body and mind. Mindfulness  is a pure  concentrate ; Without  a guess . It is the  awakening  understanding  clearly  that the  feelings , emotions, mind or legal is moral or  immoral , to help  us  transform .
In  doing Sa gift ,  Buddha  also must  explain  to Potthapada much to  practice , before just taught him about the  methods  of meditation as well as the  cessation of increased upstream  thought. Now  Buddha  speak on  topics mindfulness  and  understanding  clearly  ( awareness ). This is  the way  that he has developed in many  suttas : first,  to preserve  the precepts , then to  restrain  them, then mindfulness  and  understanding  clearly  ( awareness ). The last two points go  together , often referred to  at the same time . Sati is  mindfulness  and Sampajanna is the self is the  understanding  explicit .
And how ... is a  brethren  was  accomplished  in  mindfulness  -awareness  ? Here a  bhikkhu  when walking, when  walking back  are  aware ; When looking straight, when looking around are  aware ; When the hands, when stretched out are  aware ; When he is carrying, the  bowl  is  aware ; When  eating , chewing, swallowing are  aware ; When defecation,  urinal  are  aware ; When walking, standing, sitting, lying, awake, speaking, standing quietly  awake . Like that, a brethren  have  accomplished  mindful awareness . Mindfulness  has four  areas : body and mind.
Mindfulness of  the body was first mentioned by  the Buddha  . Practice  mindfulness in everyday life is very  necessary , not only in meditation. If there is  no  mindfulness beyond the meditation hours, there is no  mindfulness  in meditation, as they go  together . So  we  practice  this basic  mindfulness  first by  observing the  body. We are  aware of  what we are doing, whether it is walking, standing, sitting, lying, stretching, bowing ... or whatever.
The  second benefit is  mindfulness  purification  of the mind . If indeed  the shop watching what we are doing,  we  can not be right in that moment  frustration ,  anger or passion. The Buddha  has repeatedly advised  us  to  use the  body as an object of  mindfulness . First of all, we can easily feel,  touch  the body without  having to look for its presence. If  practiced  like that, we will  be aware  for a   short time the presence of  pure , as well as the absence  of many  psychological  brain bothered. For how can  we  be in  a state of  resentment ,  lust  or hatred when  we contemplate  what is really happening? The  third benefit is  mindfulness of  the body that helps  us to  be present in the  present moment , and  gradually  we  realize  that there is no other moment. Being present in the  present moment  is really present in  eternity . Often we  set  boundaries  in each stage:  past ,  present,  and future. We see them as three stages, but really  we can  only stay in one, is the present . The other two are created by the mind; They are the illusions  created by memory or imagination. Most of us  live in the past , or towards the future, or both, but if we live like that, it is difficult to keep mindfulness  as well as meditation. Because both of these things happen in the present moment . Most of us live in the past , or towards the future, or both, but if we live like that, it is difficult to keep mindfulness as well as meditation. Because both of these things happen in the present moment . Most of uslive in  the past , or towards the future, or both, but if we live like that, it is difficult tokeep  mindfulness as well as meditation. Because both of these things happen in the present moment .
Basic  second  mindfulness  is the  sense  of  feeling ,  we feel  nothing. The  fourth basis ( we  will talk about  the  third baseline for a moment) is the content  of thought . Both (feeling and dharma) are present while we meditate and  need to  be  maintained  in daily  life. For example , when a   strong feeling arises, First  we must  recognize  the nature  of it and then  try to  replace a  feeling  evil  with good. We do not  need to  believe in all our  emotions  . If traceability arising of a  feeling , we will see that it is due to the  exposure  of the base ( senses ) with  the sense objects (objects). Something worth experimenting with. For the French (the content   of  ourthought )  too . When we  realize that  a  thought  is good, We only know  that, when it passes away, we  return to mindfulness of the  body. If thought  is unwholesome , we need to quickly convert  it. We  fewer contain thing immoral  in mind, they are less and less chance to develop into habits  bad heart. The more we become aware of greed (in general, all that we want), and the mind (in general all that we do not want), the less we will have time to  remain in the mind. The more  we let go of them. Then when it passes away, I return to mindfulness of the body. If thought is unwholesome , we need to quickly convert it. We fewer contain thing immoral in mind, they are less and less chance to develop into habits bad heart. The more we become aware ofgreed (in general, all that we want), and the mind (in general all that we do not want), the less they will have time to stay in the mind. The more we let go of them. Then when it passes away, I return to mindfulness of the body. If  thought is  unwholesome, we need to quickly  convert it. We fewer contain thing immoral in mind, they are less and less chance to develop into habits bad heart. The more we become aware ofgreed (in general, all that we want), and the mind (in general all that we do not want), the less we will have time to stay in the mind. The more  we let go of them.
The  third base of  mindfulness  is  consciousness  or  latent states  . It is also an object  to observe  important. If  we  can  recognize  by  nature evil  before it develops into thought or feeling, then the  transformation  it will be easier. Many people carry such  negative  mental  states  that they  feel  very difficult to change. But most of  us can  transform  from  akusala  to good. If we recognize  is  nature  pouting,  jealousy or  anger  lead to  thoughts  or  feelings immoral , then we can  try to deal  with the  state  , in  the awareness  that it is only a  state , Nothing more important. Yes there is nothing that  we owned ,  thinking , or  perform  a really important  basic  or profound. Simply  they just happen. We  do not  need to maintain  a  feeling , a law center or, if they  threaten happiness  of  ourselves . Ourselves we increasingly get more  happiness , the more we can be  given  to others more. We can  not give what we do not have.
There are four  bases of  mindfulness : the body and mind. Mindfulness  is a pure  concentrate ; Without  a guess . It is the  awakening  understanding  clearly  that the  feelings , emotions, mind or legal is moral or  immoral , to help  us  transform . Each of  us  has the ability to understand  clearly ; We have enough  wisdom  to do it. Of course ,  we  also have all the weaknesses of an  ordinary human being  , these elements are  brought to  the  unhappiness ,  anxiety anger ,  negativity , but  we do not  need to  cling to them. With mind  -awareness , we can  realize  this and begin  converting  the  evil  into good. We practice  this meditation,  exercise  to the  thoughts whirring through travel and bring the  focus back  to the  topic of meditationand we  also  practice  like  in life  everyday.END=NAM MO AMITABHA BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH GIAC TAM.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN AMITABHA PURELAND=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.28/4/2017.
