EXIT LINE ROAD TO FREEDOM.
Introductory
To freedom from suffering - this is what the wishes of all living beings is the origin of religion. Without suffering there would be no religion. For the ultimate purpose of religion, will be nothing more than freedom from suffering, though, of course, be understood somewhat different format depending on the stage of development due to a particular personal gain. Spanning more suffering immense difference in their lives, and it just so incredibly difficult to free a person from the grip of iron, but to hold us seems to be no prospect of escape. Many people had been striving in vain to find a way out of suffering, was the main suspect freed capabilities. But hope and consolation to encourage mankind. This is why, even today, a large proportion of humanity be satisfied with promises of theistic religions with the result that the believers will be free from suffering, not on this earth, but in "after life".
However, some people are no longer content with this belief often developing - who will not and can not be fooled with the promise of the afterlife. This main doubters and those looking for that  Buddha's teaching  theory today, as well as anyone willing to listen.This doctrine actually comes to us as "good news", the statement that: "There is freed and was found! Salvation can be realized even in this life and in this world. " Surely the path to liberation is long suffering and hardship, but are clearly marked and true, and can be followed by one's own efforts. One of the benefits of the road is to provide "training slowly, slowly practice, advances step by step", and the first step on the road to even those who do not have a lot of spiritual strength may also began.
Maybe there's something urgent needs  to be said  over the path to freedom from suffering? Maybe there's something urgent needs  to be done  than to pursue this path? If your house is on fire is not there any ideas or foolish action which does not serve the purpose to escape the flames are burning? This is why the Buddha said:
"This is all that I have taught, now as in the past: Stop Suffering and suffering."
In this brief statement, we really crucial of the entire Buddhist teachings. To match the two things can also be found in the Four Noble Truths, the Buddha has declared 2,500 years ago and will be worth the equivalent of 2,500 years from now, that is:
(i) The truth of suffering
(ii) The truth about the origin of suffering
(iii) The truth about the end of suffering
(iv) The truth about the path to freedom from suffering.
Two first noble truth concerning the second and  suffering,  Tuesday and Wednesday relating to  end suffering . The four noble truths are formed according to the following formula:
I. This is the noble truth of  suffering : Birth is suffering, old age is suffering, disease is suffering, sorrow, mourning, pain, sorrow and despair are suffering; people do not like to be close to suffering; distant loved ones are suffering; not achieve desired is suffering; In short, the five aggregates of clinging are suffering.
II. This is the noble truth of  the origin of suffering.  The craving is to create new and columns required reborn with pleasure and longing, always looking for new fun, now here, now there, mean craving in sensual pleasures, craving to live forever, craving her forgotten self.
III. This is the noble truth of the  cessation of dukkha . It is completely eradicated craving this, disintegration, renunciation and sacrifice, liberation and not attached to the craving.
IV. This is the fourth noble truth  path of cessation of suffering . It is the Noble Eightfold Path, that is right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, mindfulness, and right concentration.
I. The Noble Truth of Suffering (dukkha Empire)
Suffering is suffering both body and mind. Suffering main body consists of "the basic size" large: old age, sickness and death. They are frequent companions in life, and it was tied inextricably bound to point out. But life can be full of fun and pleasure, will always end up in old age, sickness and death. But birth also involves suffering. Not only because of the pain of the mother tongue, or because the child was born courtesy chafing market, but above all because birth is a prerequisite and facilitating aging, illness and death, that is creating both a format string. And whatever may suffer as  a result of suffering  itself to be described as miserable.
Mental suffering, including: grief, mourning, sorrow and despair, close relatives of people do not like, far from loved; not achieve desired. Suffering itself manifests itself in many ways and many different levels related to all kinds of problems, but it will always be suffering even in the forms most beautiful and most sublime.
But is all this suffering only   part of life, not its darker side? It must also have the joy and happy? Of course there is. Buddha did not miss the event this simple experience.But he also found that all the joys and pleasures, all happiness are temporary, changing and ephemeral. And whatever temporary and ephemeral, altered are suffering, "that is unsatisfactory and inadequate. This is true not only of sensations and feelings, but also the entire so-called human our way. we call the "personality" in fact, this thing is what? a closer examination shows that personality into five groups break off all attached "five aggregates of clinging" which, truth be attributed to high the first quarter. These are:
1) relatives or appearances
2) Life
3) Ideas
4) Action (ie: emotion and volition, thought process and all other processes do not belong to any other group of this group.
5) Consciousness.
Five groups are not different things clearly and independently, but are different names denote the psychophysical process of life is a general description such as "I" or "personality". Now if we look at the "I" of us, and often assume an identity of its own, in light of the five aggregates, which we see in each of the five groups (aggregates) is the constantly changing, constantly arising and passing away, is born and dies forever. All these processes are not included in this group except are  impermanent , whatever time of impermanence are bound to  suffer . That is, it is experienced as suffering either directly (as in the case of bodily or mental pain) or as described and suffering by the inherent impermanence of all happiness and all the joy.
But about anything impermanence and suffering, you can not say: "This is me, this is mine, this is my self." And because life consists of a full season of that group, and they can not find anywhere on this aspect of the psychophysical process anything that can be described as "I" or as as dignity, entail that all life is "non-self" meaning not related to human emotions. No permanent basic vital, "soul", or under time or non-time, can be found here. So, even, without exception, the most sublime state of mind, even to the psycho-physical process conditions included in the five aggregates, impermanent. "I" and "personality" are indicative only convention for the temporary combination of the five aggregates, the psycho-physical processes of life often changes.
So all life are:
- Impermanence  (anicca) ,
- Suffering  (dukkha)
 No-self  (anattā)

II. Origin of Suffering
Five groups of human life has been attributed to the above as the aggregates  of clinging. They are known because people cling to their ignorance. This brings us to the second truth, craving ( tanha),  which literally means "yearning", that is yearning to live, is the origin of suffering. By clinging or attachment is indicated for craving. Human ignorance in this group grasping, covetous longing we believe them because it is the "I", the "I" of it because they lead to the pleasures in life, seems too fancy for with it.
Now how can understand these things? Should give an example to clarify. A child's favorite toy broken it make it upset and crying. But adult would react like this? Of course not. And why not? Because adults do not even desire, fancy toy in which both and therefore he will experience no pain when it's sad not damaged at all. Thus we see that the craving, desire to own, which is the origin of suffering real, not external events of the "corrupt" it. We prefer something because I thought it was fun, because we do not see the suffering inherent in it and do not want to think about the impermanence of it.We covet because we believe in the group's life, which is impermanent and suffering, is "I", my, is delighted and amused. We crave the "I" had owned all kinds of things which are impermanent, full of suffering and devoid of substance, as the owner of its own imagination. And we are afraid of the "I" of this, fear of old age, sickness and death - we fear it can not be avoided.
Craving  created the world. This world nothing is only craving forms can see, is the embodiment and expression of the form is the will exists. The sense organs are our tools, the tools to satisfy the craving of this (and thus they are the main object of craving). But if the agency, the tool is lost, but the craving will not disappear over. Vision loss who still  want to  see. Like wood is not destroyed by fire but turned into ash, and water are not destroyed by heat, but turns into steam, craving not annihilate when the body is ruined now. When the "tool" this, this present body, was "blunt" under the law of impermanence, craving to find out the system of new physics concerned with it, again, holds six types of objects senses in life. Games longing, holding, and trying to keep this life is impermanent (including so-called "I") constantly sliding off useless pursuit only after there again - birth and death within this frightening and life new rebirth continues forever craving when not lie down for the final by following the path of liberation is Buddha.

Now that we've discussed briefly  events  rebirth and  the reason for it to appear . Now what kind of rebirth, that is, born where and under what circumstances, are by  now (kamma) decision, which is due before the act of being there. From now "kamma" in the West is known more for its Sanskrrit language, as "karma". Too often it is misunderstood as a kind of external fate that man is a subject that can not be escaped. However, this far from the beings in this case. On the contrary, now is literally  action , and nothing else.There are three types of action: in thought, word or action of the body. And our own actions as conditions for the present life and rebirth in our future. "Because what they sow will reap the same", "Anything aylam person, that person will also be like that again." Who do vile deeds, dastardly, are attracted to the vile forces, and at death will usher grabbed life in the lower realms. People deserve life and think noble thoughts in favor of greatness and will be reborn in the realm of noble and cleaner. The doctrine of karma represents a fair rule of the universe. Only now can explain satisfactorily the apparent unfairness in life, there are good people often feel miserable while those who do not deserve to be luck. In both cases, this is the result of past actions.
Now the bad deeds committed 
no winter milk As soon: 
smoldering followed fool 
As flames under the ashes. 
He even shuns evil as 
long as its bad acts immature, 
but when evil actions ripe, 
then evildoers extremely miserable. 
Even when good people meet miserable 
long good act immature, 
but good action when ripe, 
then good people to be prosperous.
What is good and what is bad here? This age-old problem of humanity will find clear answers in the teachings of Buddha.  Evil  unwholesome means, is anything promoting greed, thirst for life, and with it, the virtual photo of the "I" and the attachment to it leads to reborn in the more miserable one, and so additional suffering.  Compassion , that is karma, is everything that weakens and eventually eradicate greed and illusion of the "I".
Three roots of good deeds are:
- Countless participate = detachment, renunciation, not hunger, not attached, clean.
- Countless pitch = generous, tolerant, loving kindness, compassion
- Unknown si = Caution, intellectual, knowledge, wisdom.

III. End Suffering 
Cracking craving, 
desire to live calm, 
Extermination entirely greed, hatred and ignorance 
And with the freedom from rebirth again, 
it is liberation from suffering - 
which is the highest purpose, that is nirvana.
Key terms in this, by saying something is not Nirvana, actually we can talk about the highest purpose. Because words can not reach such heights. Only words can express the realm of the five aggregates of which it is a part:

"This is peace, this is the highest, which is to terminate any business, divested of all the foundations of rebirth, craving dissipate, renunciation, cessation, Nirvana."
This is "the safety not comparable" - "immortal" - "supreme happiness".
This is the supreme, holy wisdom, that is said to end all suffering. "
IV. Path Supreme Purpose
The path to end suffering, to the supreme bliss of Nirvana, is the Noble Eightfold Path;namely: right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, mindfulness, and right concentration.
The eight steps of this path should not be interpreted as realizations of a chain, this one followed the other. That they are consistent, a whole system. Thus for example, the right view's time to start because it is the foundation of all good things. Every moral action must go with a little right understanding (properly understood). In contrast, however, the district is in the highest form is the fulfillment stage of development, is fully realized results this way: profound understanding and sexual ly into reality led straight to liberation.
Eightfold Path is often broken down into three groups:

7. Mindfulness  includes four categories in the practice of mindfulness, "four foundations of mindfulness"  (satipattthana) . These things occupy an important position in Buddhist practice. Can not be described in detail here, but only comes to: (1) mindfulness of the body; (2) Life concept; (3) The concept of the mind; (4) legal concept.

8. But the road is only useful to the extent that it is  practice . If we want to escape the burning house in the realm of this suffering, no matter simply admire the way which leads to freedom, or just talk about it empty. We must resolve to follow the path. And we must walk with their feet. No one else can do it for us. This is why the Buddha said: "This is what the Tathagata can do: Level Omniscient directions for you."
This road is long and difficult. But might it not be too long or too hard, when the purpose is under threat is completely liberated from suffering? Once we actually look at the misery of the world, with all the possible fears that it holds all of us, then we know that, ultimately, we have no choice but rather than starting another step on this road, the main this moment. And right from the start, we will depart experienced the benefits of the road, when we know each step is successful and energetic joy how, makes the next step easier.
However, this road does not mean only for the hermit or monk. Those who continue to live in this world can still realize its enormous extent. Well, this way, there is also cleaner world in happiness leads to sex education. However, people who have seen things as they are will not be led wrong things and will continue to do more. In the third century as owner, and wisdom, the first need is to overcome the weakness of the mind, cleanses the dirtiest dirt, then go further almost to brighter things. Success could not come true if he is to follow the instructions of the Buddha.

today everyone can still achieve 
Who skillfully and persistently strive strong: 
Only that person wins eradicate the "I" delusion.

DEAD
Introductory
It makes episode  (Sutta Nipata),  in the special section of its oldest and least, is the Song of Freedom deeply stir. The poems of this ancient book is a call to challenge us to leave behind the narrow limits of life in our prison walls grow each of the habits and thoughts accumulated looking forward. They beckon us to free themselves from the scene as a slave to the ambitions and interests of thousands of elated occurred and wishes.

Those people will say "yes" to life and protection of human desire from being degraded by naturally produce toxins of it - belongs to biology and psychology - will also have to fall fear itself so and go on working hard for freedom. The main way to work hard because it requires that we break the chains of participation and educate yourself on the pitch, prejudices and dogmas of us - the shackles we cherished a delusion as map Jewellery  [1] . But once we see them as what they really are, the obstacles to true freedom, abandon difficult tasks they will become experienced at once with joy.
However, Business Class  (Sutta Nipata)  repeatedly warned about false ideas of freedom. Who are not really free improvisation just follow these and his own thirst (chandagu, v.913),  who are we to carry ( chandanunito)  nor real freedom be found by those who seek only to exchange views this dependence with other slavery.

Pursue aspirations

The metaphor of the snake

greed

Nothing is more exciting hold.
