The real meaning of the detached and liberated mind.

Sadly, many people have completely misunderstood the Buddhist idea of ​​non-attachment. The attachment does not really bring the deepest meaning of the attention, the compassion, and freedom (which we can hardly imagine). However, I understand why the term "non-attachment" makes you very scared. So, let us explain to people a clear understanding.


The attachment does not really mean anything? 

Non-attachment does not mean that this man cold heart like stones. As we know, and practice letting go, does not mean our feelings disappear, no longer exists. We will have the proper attitude (in a way), when we understand the impermanent nature of all things. Fortunately, thanks to the emotion that our anger will be greatly reduced. For example, even the noble masters of spirituality (guru), they also: 

- Crying 
- Smiling 
- Laughing out loud, ringing laugh 
- Romp, joking 

There are times, these teachers also lack patience, or are they too upset and angry. Because of this teachers are human, but they are not made of wood. 

However, these teachers do not become attached to the emotional states, they do not add fuel to the fire aversion (talk about negative emotions), or the desire to prolong the pleasure (talk about emotions positive). They allow emotions to rise, then dissolve itself. These teachers do not nurture these feelings, no emotions additions (as the acting), they did not express sorrow by inducing create the other negative behaviors. They have a proper look.  

Do the foregoing requires us to have a lot of practice, however, almost all of them have the power to control your mind by cultivate awareness, mindfulness and right paste.  

The beauty of the unattached 

When we understand the true meaning of the unattached: 

- We are no longer a slave to the expectations, or predictions for the future. 

- The feeling when we have, only a part of our broadmindedness. We have a proper look. We have not been emotionally arrested, and tortured, at all times. 

- We see things as we are like, rather than adhere to the notion that we had before, because things will never bring lasting happiness. 

- Mind in the morning we could see through the true nature of things, clearly. 

- It will be difficult to make us sorrow, but it does not mean we will suffer the harmful behavior.   

- We looked at the obstacles in life through compassion, rather than through anger. 

- We do not chase happiness. When happiness comes, we enjoy, when happy go, we let go. 

- We allow all things auto rotate, without the hand of our control. 

- Our mind does not stop loving. In fact, we still love more than before. 

- Our mind becomes more and more open, where we can look out the unnecessary suffering in this life. 

- We feel the help is very natural thing, however, we do not become attached to the results of the assistance. 

- Mind liberal enlightenment and broadmindedness gives us complete sense of peace, which is temporarily not understanding how to match.
