Create a  Sangha

The first thing that  the Buddha  wanted  to do  was to  transform  and  adhere to  his disciples . Those  disciples  this first must have  the knowledge  to understand the  teachings  of His then later  extended  to all  people . He  set up a  monk  (male) first then a  monk  (female) later.
