THE BRILLIANT BRITAIN
OF THE MIND.*
OF THE MIND.*
It is a great benefit to be able to face life with a positive and balanced mind. It is perfectly beneficial to get used to a proper mind, but the habit of giving way to conflicting emotions like anger raises barriers of size. However, it can be out of them. We reach there by mindfulness realizing each of these afflictions as soon as they manifest and heal it immediately. When people embrace every opportunity to practice like this, the afflictions will reign over us within a few years. In the long run, even the most angry one can attain calmness.
Some people are cautious: If consciousness is not free to go here, does not one lose the freedom that people have when they subdue themselves? Not. Things do not happen that way. If your mind is properly balanced, you are free now, and if it behaves wrongly, you have to tamper with it.
Others wonder: Can one completely stop the afflictions or only suppress them?
For Buddhism, the conventional nature of consciousness manifests itself from a clear shining. The defects that defile it are not intrinsic to its nature but to the external. They intervene in a modest way and thus can be separated from the mind. But the ultimate nature of consciousness is its emptiness.
If feelings like hate belong to the nature of it, consciousness must first be hated. Obviously not so. We only form anger in some cases, in addition it does not exist. Hate and the mind are two different things - even in the background, this and that are all clear and understandable because they belong to the source of the mind.
In fact, what is hatred based on? In extremes, the magnification distorts the reality: we must cover the phenomena of a layer of violet which makes us see them bad or obnoxious. From there, we form anger toward everything that arises between us and our desires. Then consciousness has no reason to support that hatred. On the contrary, it is very reasonable to love. When evil is against goodwill, this one is also attracted to it.
If we persevere in a proper, rigorous manner, with time the disastrous and baseless reactions will be increasingly rare. The right attitude, based on the true will come to us naturally. As you practice your distance, your achievements depend on your body. It follows the constraints of matter; The material places restrictions on the flexibility of the body. The mind, itself, is just clarity and understanding. It not only ignores the limits of this kind, but with a gradual practice, all qualities regulating its equilibrium only in the way that bloom in the mind.
Everyone knows their immense ability to memorize, the incredible amount of information they can store in a methodical way. Now, just keep in mind that you only use the most primordial levels of consciousness. But when you know the search for its most subtle dimension, you will remember a lot.
Equilibrium factors have an infinite potential for development. Just as we know to draw the benefit. The more we place ourselves in the side of good deeds, the counterbalances against the harmfulness of the afflictions, the less these can harm us. And if we persevere, they will completely harm us.
Therefore, it must be said that our consciousness is just luminosity and understanding, with all of us having the basic substance that determines the attainment of the Buddha-nature.
Buddhist thought based on this element reveals the latent potential of the mind, which is manifested by the nature of luminosity and the knowledge of the mind. This thesis allows the proposition that harmonious attitudes can be multiplied to infinity.
It is therefore vitally important to focus daily on the search for the conventional nature of consciousness, to learn to recognize it and focus on it.
Do not be discouraged because of difficulties. The thoughts that come as water vapor blur the natural clarity of the mind and the curtain created by those thoughts prevent you from recognizing it.
To begin, do not be content to follow the memory in its memories. Do not expose yourself to future matters. Let the mind flow in its own color, not the idea. Watch it in a state of rest, nakedness, chastity with all thoughts.
If you are unfamiliar with this practice, at first it seems to you to be a little difficult; But for a moment the mind is seen as clear water. Stay like that. Observe the flow of thought without this form without imagining anything.
This meditation is required in the early morning, when the mind is awake and clear. This is best because the senses are not fully functioning. If you eat less the night before and do not sleep too much, the mind will be lighter and sharper at waking. Gradually, it will have a stable settlement, attention and memory clear and accurate.
This practice can sharpen your perceptions. Be aware of that practice throughout the day. In a short time, you will find the thoughts calm and peaceful. Your memory capacity when expanded will stimulate the perception of being born from a very subtle attention. In the long run, your mind will have a sharp and vibrant effect that makes it effective in some areas.
If you only do a short meditation every day, your mind will lose the habit of dispersing. It will drown in the observation of just one object. You will be significantly enriched by that.
Imagination makes you spin endlessly, desire things like, deny what you do not like, and all the things that eventually will be able to mellow again. A little silence in the unconscious, that is a bit of rest.
