Bodhi Mind and Grasp.

There are many different types of emotions, and they are all projections of the mind. Emotions that are not separated from the mind, but because we have not yet received the nature of the mind, we still regard them as separate and distinct. We have all the anger, jealousy and joy, excitement - all the ups and downs of emotions. We really do not understand what we are experiencing, who we really are, who is really angry or happy, who is discouraged or overjoyed: what is really happening? In fact, we do not have a concept of "ourselves", although we still talk about "me" or "us", and use the labels assigned to us. I suppose so far we have not really understood anything about ourselves. So now we need to find out, discovering ourselves, this is interesting! The Buddha taught that "Reincarnation has no beginning," so from the beginning of suffering of samsara, we lived without knowing anything about ourselves. Is not it funny? Actually, I find this an interesting topic to share: What has happened to me, and what do I need to do from this moment on? Everything depends entirely on the Buddha's teaching that our mind is wild, because we can not control it. Good or bad activities are the projection of the mind. The principle of Theravada Buddhism is "to avoid all evil", and Mahayana Buddhism is "doing all good". Both admit the same principle: everything depends on the mind - because the mind is the only power that creates good or evil. Did we live without knowing about ourselves? Is not it funny? Actually, I find this an interesting topic to share: What has happened to me, and what do I need to do from this moment on? Everything depends entirely on the Buddha's teaching that our mind is wild, because we can not control it. Good or bad activities are the projection of the mind. The principle of Theravada Buddhism is "to avoid all evil", and Mahayana Buddhism is "doing all good". Both admit the same principle: everything depends on the mind - because the mind is the only power that creates good or evil. Did we live without knowing about ourselves? Is not it funny? Actually, I find this an interesting topic to share: What has happened to me, and what do I need to do from this moment on? Everything depends entirely on the Buddha's teaching that our mind is wild, because we can not control it. Good or bad activities are the projection of the mind. The principle of Theravada Buddhism is "to avoid all evil", and Mahayana Buddhism is "doing all good". Both admit the same principle: everything depends on the mind - because the mind is the only power that creates good or evil. And what should we do from now on? Everything depends entirely on the Buddha's teaching that our mind is wild, because we can not control it. Good or bad activities are the projection of the mind. The principle of Theravada Buddhism is "to avoid all evil", and Mahayana Buddhism is "doing all good". Both admit the same principle: everything depends on the mind - because the mind is the only power that creates good or evil. And what should we do from now on? Everything depends entirely on the Buddha's teaching that our mind is wild, because we can not control it. Good or bad activities are the projection of the mind. The principle of Theravada Buddhism is "to avoid all evil", and Mahayana Buddhism is "doing all good". Both admit the same principle: everything depends on the mind - because the mind is the only power that creates good or evil.
Body and speech are just means of helping the mind make up the activity, and the mind is the decisive factor that makes up that activity. If the mind does not intend for a particular activity, then the body will not manifest the activity. Many non-Buddhist beliefs emphasize the principle of non-violence. However, the Buddhist motive for this principle is broader. This is a very subtle difference between Buddhism and other religions. All spiritual beliefs teach people not to do evil, and encourage good deeds. Because we have not realized the nature of the mind, none of us, even some spiritual practitioners, can practice this fully. So now, whether you are a Buddhist or not, you need to find ways to counter and transform your mind. Because our own mind of ignorance has harassed all sentient beings from beginningless time. Many of us have sought to cultivate our minds in different ways, but we are not really successful.
Although there are many ways to train the mind, in reality, the mind can only be practiced by itself, not by any external factors. Sometimes, we try to understand our mind, sometimes we want to suppress the mind. I do not think these are positive, skilful measures to transform the mind. Most mental training skills are not really successful because mind is as complex as we are. If embarrassed, the mind will lead us to float in samsara. If calm, peace, mind can lead us to Nirvana liberation. Therefore, our minds have enough good and bad use. That is why the Buddha taught that the mind needs to be subdued.
It is necessary to continually contemplate the mind. The method of developing bodhicitta is to train and expand one's mind. Our hearts are often so selfish that there is no room for others. We can only think of ourselves and our loved ones, like family, friends and children. But this only happens for a short time and comes with a lot of conditions. At times, we do not like others who cling to us, thanks to ourselves. Sometimes we like to be loved, caring, sometimes we want to be alone to be alone, right? If our expectations are satisfied, we will feel comfortable. At least this is true of me! Do not you feel like that? There may be none of you watching over that, but indeed our mind works in such a way.
I think the mind does not like being controlled and forced. But the mind needs to be contemplated continuously, innocently without any illusion and naughty whatsoever! Only that brings us to the nature of the mind (Nirvana) - the state of total relaxation, peace and spread of the place.
I have talked a lot about the method of transforming the mind. Because our mind is narrow and selfish, it is necessary to cultivate bodhicitta or "mind of enlightenment". By cultivating the qualities of love and compassion, hatred, anger or jealousy, you will be able to spread your heart. As you practice the development of bodhicitta, you should logically consider that we are all brothers and sisters, so care for one another, because we all suffer the same. Not realizing the nature of your own mind. We all are crazy and crazy, so why not help and serving others who are in such extreme pain? This is a kind of external logic that we can contemplate,
All things are false
The transcendental logic or the insight logic is related to the philosophical view that all things do not exist as it appears: all phenomena are illusory. The illusion world seems very strong to us, but it does not really exist. However, we are still fascinated by this world, we are swept away by crazy things. We are hysterical by the external attraction that constantly stirred our mind, and the outcome does not exist, it is the result of this world. We are simply pursuing virtual illusions like the rainbow. Of course we come here to become exhausted. You can say that is one of the main sufferings that we are experiencing.
That is why we should grow compassion for all sentient beings, because we have realized this truth intellectually. With millions of people still completely ignorant, they do not have even a little knowledge of this. Therefore, we are the number of lucky people who have enough good fortune to see the reality of this world.
That is why it is necessary to have the Bodhisattva vows of salvation, to serve all sentient beings. It is a very deep logical form, and a good reason for you to grow bodhicitta. You know that there are millions of sentient beings falling into the trap and clinging to the world of illusion, not realizing the world of impermanence. This is the root of suffering. So you are the one who is holding the opportunity to practice the Dharma end suffering. This should be an incentive for you to practice diligently, "I must practice sincerity, not wasting precious time in this life, in order to save sentient beings. are really miserable without realizing it ". Such motives must always be present in your mind. That is what is called altruistic motivation or "Enlightenment Mind".
All secular activities in life are rooted in our strong attachment.
As long as we cling to this world, then we can not be free. We cling to beautiful or ugly things, to enemies or friends. Any secular activity is derived from our strong attachment. We say: "So this! This must be done, and then one has to be done. "We make demands that conform to our own craving for clinging. It is really the starting point of all the mistakes from which I experience countless experiences of suffering. For example, you cling to the notion that someone is your enemy, and you find yourself very upset and upset whenever you see that person, or just hear the name and voice of the person. This is what I said before about the illusion of the things that we are pursuing. When you have a great friend, you will be very selfish to want someone to belong to you forever, do not want someone else to associate with that person, even no one can touch the person or smile to him, she . This is the kind of clash you usually have. Later on, when you find out someone has become more involved with him than you, try to imagine how miserable you are. This pain is the product of your clinging mind, not of anyone else.
All of us, no one wants this kind of misery! Therefore, we need to remove attachments. To do this, you need to recognize the true nature of things. Emotions like "likes" or "dislike" are not intrinsic to nature, but rather to the creativity or projection of your mind. That means that this world is made up of your heart, and it is a virtual illusory world. As a friend very attractive to you, but he is not attractive to others, so this attraction is only illusory, not nature. Because you do not realize it is the illusion or the projection of the mind, you feel ecstatic about that person. At some point, you will feel something unsettled, and engagement with the other person is a mistake. At that time, you will lament, blame, blame your friend. But look back, who was the first to gravely attached to the "sweet taste" of this relationship? The clinging force you cling to the durability and sweetness of that friendship. So your clinging is worthy of reprehensibility. So far, clinging and illusion are in harmony with each other creatively. But that is not the case. So, through your wisdom of Madhyamika or Mahamudra, and the two truths - (absolute and relative truth), you will understand the illusion of the world, and will be able to minimize the Suffering is created from clinging. You need to practice love and compassion So your clinging is worthy of reprehensibility. So far, clinging and illusion are in harmony with each other creatively. But that is not the case. So, through your wisdom of the Madhyamaka or Mahamudra, and the two truths - (absolute and relative truth), you will understand the illusion of the world, and will be able to minimize the Suffering is created from clinging. You need to practice love and compassion
In short, I want to say that I should not accept my thoughts, emotions, whether good or bad. The clinging to these things is actually clinging. I do not want to say that we should not have compassion or love for each other. If so, we will become as emotionless as gravel. So, please do not misunderstand me when I say, "Do not cling to your emotions." There are many people who can ask: "How can I love others without attachment?" Love with clinging is love, love is not attachment, love is wisdom. As I said at the beginning, you need to practice the growth of love and compassion. Love is the essence of Buddhist teachings and other religions. There is nothing wrong with love, compassion or caring and love, but must be illuminated by wisdom without grasp or misunderstanding. How can one walk on the noble path of great bodhicitta, when the mind of the practitioner is full of ignorance and misinformation about the world in which he or she lives.
What we need to avoid is clinging or clinging. Let's try to get friends to illustrate. Too many clinging thoughts to one's friend will bring suffering later. I think we all have a lot of experience about this so I do not need to say much. Therefore, if you cling, you will end your friendship in contradiction and dark green, not enjoy good time together. Sometimes the argument is just for fun, but in most cases, it brings suffering that we do not want. It is this attitude of clinging causes your heart aching, broken, leading to cardiovascular disease. If you do not cling to the problem of family or society, you will find many good solutions to solve things in peace. You will avoid painful experiences, It will be easy to see the problems that make real life lessons, such as the real Buddhists. These are ways to help you improve your mind. Progress will be evident after a few years of practicing true and proper mind-set training. Without improving our mind, we will not be able to improve our way of life.
There are many who say, "I like meditation. I have meditated for many hours, months, years. " But they still can not improve their lifestyle. They continue to argue, taunt, even fight often with her boyfriend or girlfriend. Because they did not understand the reality - what is going on in life and what needs to be accepted. Although they have practiced and meditated for many years, they have not changed their way of life, no progress or peace in their lives. This shows that they have not really focused on transforming the mind, not approaching the right way to help them improve their mind. The progress will be visible after a few years of practicing the proper and proper training of the mind. Internal change will bring about external change. When inner transformation takes place, we can recognize this from the outside. Just looking at the signs of change aside is that we can recognize someone who is actually improving. Then the neighbors, friends and everyone will pay attention to that and say, "He's been practicing well. Before practicing the spiritual path, he
I used to be a terrible person, but now he becomes very peaceful and never argues with anyone? Thanks to the elaborate practice, he really became a good, calm and knowledgeable man. "

We do not practice to look for fame or flair, but good signs of change remain visible. The bodhisattvas have the qualities, the special signs we can recognize. Similarly, through the transformation from the outside, we can recognize a person who practices the Dharma. My sincere wishes and prayers are all sentient beings, especially those who have affinity with me and the Drukpa Lineage, who will practice diligently in order to bring about positive changes. I live in harmony with others and happy forever in happiness.END=NAM MO AMITABHA BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH TAM GIAC.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN AMITABHA PURELAND=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.4/11/2017.
